“Safeguard has been amazing as it has allowed me safely and securely store my vehicle. I found Safeguard after failed attempts of getting a unit with other self-storage facilities. Once I called Safeguard I was taken care of immediately, I mentioned what I will be storing and they found the unit that was just right for my needs. The staff has been incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating just flat out amazing. The facility and units were clean. Though I may no longer need a unit anymore, I will be using Safeguard in the future as needed and would recommend this location to anyone.”

“Exceptionally clean for a business with 4 years of constant wear & tear. Robert, the Manager, was great to work with during the on-boarding process.My only issue is the "C" elevator is a little too quick to forget your credentials if you have more than 1 cart to load on the elevator.”

“I've rented alot of storage units in the past, and this by FAR is one of the cleanest facilities I've ever seen. The office was very tidy and welcoming, as well as the grounds & units themselves. The manager tristan was very informative and helpful. She was knowledgeable in answering all of our questions about what unit would best fit our family. She also explained the new promotions and deals that they had. And walked us through the paperwork step by step. After meeting the staff and seeing how well- kept this facility is, I honestly feel a huge sense of comfort knowing that my belongings are there and actually being kept safe in a well Maintained place. Highly recommended!!”

Ron specifically, if you're out there dude, I hope they give you a raise.Ron went above and beyond to help and take care of everyone after an unfortunate theft from multiple units across the complex.The theft was allegedly of a nature that it was something nearly impossible to completely prevent anywhere, no matter their level of security, and it was caught on camera with a prompt police report. The security at this location is good. No level of security prevents everything.Ron handled the whole situation extremely well and was incredibly kind and professional about everything.Seriously if you're Ron's boss and you are reading this: give him a pay raise and extra vacation time; he deserves the best. You want to keep him around.Also the other staff were extremely kind and helpful, Ron just went completely above and beyond to help everyone and was the main point of contact.Units clean, accessible, can take a medium size moving truck in the area. Gate coded individually, cameras everywhere, options to add additional locks but one tube lock comes included with unit.Photo of unit when first rented”

“So far so good! This place in Kent is what it says, it's affordable and its as secure as any gated community. There's always going to be a bad bunch, breaking the Beemer or punching the tires of a classic Pontiac, but other than that, the unit is great, I have a 10 by 20 and it fits a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a garage. What more can you ask for the price? I even got a special deal on it so it was even more affordable. What more can you ask??? A free moving truck?”

“Where do I start, the manager here Tony Amazing very informed, I can ask anything he can't answer because he has answered every question I've thrown at him and always gives me updates on what's going for my storage and promos situations and all that. I mean yes my storage got broken into but as soon as they knew, I knew thanks to him and making sure everything was reported and since I pay my insurance everything was covered. Best customer service I've ever had with public storage this dude should be there mascot.ao thanks public storage for hiring him and please he always goes beyond for us and your company he deserves employee of public storage all the way around. If it wasn't for him I probably would have moved on from public storage but due to him being the guy he is its the reason iim gibing this review 5/5 stars.”

“I have used Allied for two big moves over the last five years. One international, and one cross-country and I have nothing but good things to say about both experiences.My most recent cross-country with Western (via Allied) went seamlessly and the experience alleviated much of the stress that can come with such a significant change. They stayed true to the estimated quote, were incredibly punctual and arrived early and right in time, handled my items with great care and wrapped all of my more fragile items and furniture so well. They arrived at my destination at the early days of the time window provided and again, right on time and early morning. Michelle was very personable and paid great attention to detail. Still stunned at how quickly she can put furniture together without instructions! All of my items on the inventory list were accounted for and NOT ONE THING was damaged or broken even knowing my goods were transferred from small trucks to big trucks along the way. I felt like the whole crew really cared for and has a respect my stuff and my home. Would use Western and Allied again without a worry!”
