“Exceptionally clean for a business with 4 years of constant wear & tear. Robert, the Manager, was great to work with during the on-boarding process.My only issue is the "C" elevator is a little too quick to forget your credentials if you have more than 1 cart to load on the elevator.”

“Been at this location almost 2 months and it's been nice. Thank you KiKi for helping me get all signed up on day 1. And just had the pleasure of meeting Nichole on a Sunday, glad she was here to answer cpl questions I had, she had a great work attitude and definitely good customer service... The ONLY reason for the 4\5 stars is because of the gate hours. I do mobile detailing and it's nice to be able to have my stuff there and be able to pick it up and go do jobs and can easily bring stuff back afterwards but like closing at 5pm on the weekends just sucks sometimes, so then I have to risk leaving all my equipment in my car overnight and my apt complex isn't the best with security. But that is def the only reason for the 4\5 stars... The employees rock! And are so helpful when needed..I would and have recommended this place.”

“Affordable and beats every price in town. Owners are very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They have great security, fully gated facility, and cameras on every angle. They even have a moving truck they offer up for use when you’re moving. I had a fabulous experience with this place, and the couple who manages it did everything they could to help me. Thank you!”

“I have been renting my storage here now for 2 years I have been very happy with the place I haven't liked any other storages that I have ever rented but this place is great prices are even better I have had only one issue while I have been here but it was handled with great staff and exalent security 24/7 to make sure that my stuff and everyone else's units are safe BEST STORAGE HANDS DOWN might not be up to date but it's a great place to store your stuff”
“The staff is the reason this review has any stars. Ron specifically, if you're out there dude, I hope they give you a raise.Ron went above and beyond to help and take care of everyone after an unfortunate theft from multiple units across the complex.The theft was allegedly of a nature that it was something nearly impossible to completely prevent anywhere, no matter their level of security, and it was caught on camera with a prompt police report. The security at this location is good. No level of security prevents everything.Ron handled the whole situation extremely well and was incredibly kind and professional about everything.Seriously if you're Ron's boss and you are reading this: give him a pay raise and extra vacation time; he deserves the best. You want to keep him around.Also the other staff were extremely kind and helpful, Ron just went completely above and beyond to help everyone and was the main point of contact.Units clean, accessible, can take a medium size moving truck in the area. Gate coded individually, cameras everywhere, options to add additional locks but one tube lock comes included with unit.Photo of unit when first rented”

“I've rented alot of storage units in the past, and this by FAR is one of the cleanest facilities I've ever seen. The office was very tidy and welcoming, as well as the grounds & units themselves. The manager tristan was very informative and helpful. She was knowledgeable in answering all of our questions about what unit would best fit our family. She also explained the new promotions and deals that they had. And walked us through the paperwork step by step. After meeting the staff and seeing how well- kept this facility is, I honestly feel a huge sense of comfort knowing that my belongings are there and actually being kept safe in a well Maintained place. Highly recommended!!”
“I have used Allied for two big moves over the last five years. One international, and one cross-country and I have nothing but good things to say about both experiences.My most recent cross-country with Western (via Allied) went seamlessly and the experience alleviated much of the stress that can come with such a significant change. They stayed true to the estimated quote, were incredibly punctual and arrived early and right in time, handled my items with great care and wrapped all of my more fragile items and furniture so well. They arrived at my destination at the early days of the time window provided and again, right on time and early morning. Michelle was very personable and paid great attention to detail. Still stunned at how quickly she can put furniture together without instructions! All of my items on the inventory list were accounted for and NOT ONE THING was damaged or broken even knowing my goods were transferred from small trucks to big trucks along the way. I felt like the whole crew really cared for and has a respect my stuff and my home. Would use Western and Allied again without a worry!”
