I’m done bringing injured wild animals to this place I would rather let them die. They make you fill out tons of paperwork then bring out a sales person to peer pressure you into donating.
They suckered my crying girlfriend that lives paycheck to paycheck into donating her last $50 simply because I wasn’t there to stop her.
Don’t advertise you’ll take injured wild animals if you don’t, if you DO then stop the peer pressuring bs. You guys honestly suck.

I have come to this vet since I moved to Kent 4+ years ago. I've had no issues up until the past year. First, I took my cat in for because he was exhibiting a few symptoms. They took a blood panel and said they would call back in about a week if anything came up positive. Weeks, possibly over a month goes by. I assumed everything came back normal, my cat seemed to be doing fine after the general antibiotics but I get a call saying they misplaced my cats test and he came back with Bartonelle. I brought my older dog in a few months ago because he had a couple growth that I had noticed increase in size. I heard the staff talking about me and how ridiculous it was that I had waited a couple months once I noticed them to moniter them, as I know sometimes older pets are prone to Lipoma. The tests came back non-cancerous. I only found this out because I called after two weeks of not hearing anything. A receptionist gave me that information and said the dr. would call back with recommendations. Never happened. I will be seeking new veterinary care as I can't rely on this facility to not only give me the information I need on my pets test results, but because I feel I will be judged by the staff.

Called to see if they can provide international certifications for travel abroad, they said yes and that they'd take some time to look into what is required for the country I'm going to and call back but never did. When I followed up they were rude and seemed irritated when I indicated that the previous person I spoke with said they'd look into those country specific requirements. The staff don't seem to want to get things done and instead defer requests. Only come here for emergencies and no other options exist.

Had gone here to get my new kitten her shots and spayed, for starters they charged me around 300 dollars just for shots and they trimmed her nails when I specifically told them not too. No biggie sometimes people forget and the staff was nice so I didn't want to make a big deal out of it.
The kitten package offers a discount for the spay so l purchased that with the shots. I set up an appointment and was quoted around 300$ for the spay, ok still pretty expensive but it's fine. They never call back to confirm the appointment so I didn't go. They call back about 5 months later asking if I wanted to reschedule. I say yes and ask how much it is and they want to charge me 640$ for the spaying. Absolutely ridiculous

I recently began taking our cat to this veterinary hospital as our former vet retired. I have found the care to be of high quality and a good value. It’s a small facility near Covington and Maple Valley which also houses an animal rescue and has shelter cats available for adoption. Our cat Maizie sees Dr. Yun, and we’re working with her to get our kitty feeling better! Very caring and friendly staff.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Reasonably priced. They got my Kitsie in for a same day appointment, on a Saturday and took care of her issue. In and out in 40 minutes. Other local clinics I had called didn't even ask what was wrong with my kitty, just said they were booked, which seemed so uncaring to me. We will for sure return. Thanks again to all of you, you are appreciated!

I scheduled an appointment with them for 5:30. They asked me to inform them if i was going to be late so that we could reschedule since they closed at 6. I arrived at 5:20 and had my paperwork filled out by 5:25. They then sat me in the exam room for almost a half hour and finally a nurse came in around 6:00 to look at my dog. They gave me a long lasting flea pill to clear up his flea infestation and for the hotspot above his tail they gave me an antibiotic spray with alcohol in it. This spray stings when i put it on his hotspot and dries his skin out, irritating it further. They also gave me a cone for his head that was sized too small. When i mentioned this the nurse told me i was wrong and started shoving it over his head anyway. When i told them that i didnt need them to put it on and I would do so when i got home, she said "no i've got it" and tied the cone very tightly around the base of his head. I do not recommend this vet and I will not be going there again. Do yourself a favor and find a vet that cares about the animals that they are treating and is willing to work with you as a client and give medication that actually helps the issue rather than exacerbating it. Would give 0 starts if i could.
