Mediocre service but very friendly staff. But their organization is TERRIBLE. I received confirmation texts for an appointment I had already cancelled. So I responded to the texts stating I would not be at the appointment and that it had been cancelled. Because there was no response I called three times. On my third call I was finally able to speak with reception and she told me she didn't see my appointment and that it must have been a software error. So I CONFIRMED that there was no appointment and that it had been cancelled and I would NOT be charged for a no-show/late cancellation. She assured me I would not be. Day of the appointment I receive a call asking me where I was...apparently the appointment was somehow still in there system. :/ Second time having major scheduling issues with them out of my three appointments.

Horrible haircut, I went here a little while ago looking for a mid short hair length and they CUT ALMOST ALL OF MY HAIR OFF, and wouldn't let me see. Stylist didn't even line me up, left it, and had uneven work. I had to get it fixed at a different salon.

I came here for a hair cut I have short hair and the cut was terrible and she charged me $53.i will never come back .I found a new salon and pay $35 that's reasonable not $53

I got hair extensions and Brazilian blowout done from this place. I was not at all pleased with the service. Everything was done wrong. First of all, I was told I'll get wavy hair to match my hair texture. But the hair was super straight and didn't match at all. I had to straight my hair every time I washed to make it match. Also, after installation, the hair is supposed to be cut to blend well. The stylist did nothing to make it blend and I had to go to another salon to get it cut and blend. And they recommended keratin tip extensions and I was told that's the best. But it was not, at least not what they used. The glue that was used kept coming out white and powdery (like dandruff), it looked gross. I couldn't wait to get my extensions removed!! The Brazilian blowout did nothing to my hair, useless! I paid close to $1500 but it was not worth it at all! And next is the service. Very rude and unreasonable owner (Vicky). I was told to pay for 5 packs of hair and they told they can get refund for the unused packs. They used only 3 and half packs. I had to make more than 20 phone calls and wait for months to get refund for the unopened pack. She will either not pick (if I call from my number), or put my call on hold forever or say she'll call me back after checking with her stylist but she won't. They had a fire recently and hence I was being very patient that they were going through a lot but their level of unprofessionalism was too much. I finally got some refund (for some reason she won't pay the entire amount) and not a single apology for the inconvenience! Definitely won't recommend this salon!

I typically believe in giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, but our recent experience with Wilder + Free Beauty Company was quite disappointing. My wife and daughter had scheduled appointments for trims and color well in advance for a "Mommy/Daughter Day" before school started. However, the company contacted my Wife just two days before the scheduled date to cancel due to internal conflicts. It was surprising, especially given the short notice.While I understand that unforeseen situations can arise, it was the handling of the situation that left us frustrated. Instead of trying to find an immediate alternative or offering some compensation for the inconvenience, we were simply provided with an option that was two weeks out. This left us scrambling to find a Saturday alternative with just a couple of days in hand.I believe that the essence of customer service is not just about offering a service but also about handling unexpected situations gracefully and making amends where needed. Unfortunately, our experience felt like a "your problem, not ours" situation.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. I saw Andrea and asked for a balayage. I’ve had a few balayages before so I figured it would just be touching up what I currently had. It ended up taking 5 hours. I’ve never had it take that long. On top of that, I’m dealing with postpartum hair loss as a new mom. My stylist was not gentle with me and continued to constantly pull on my hair. My neck was sore after the appointment, I had an awful headache. I don’t think my balayage turned out awful but I just didn’t feel like it turned out great or like I had been there for five hours. There was also a point during the coloring where she started taking the foil out and rubbing my hair with a towel. I’ve never experienced anything like that and it was so uncomfortable. I also reached out to their social media account on Instagram and while they were responsive there, they said they would call me and never did. Overall not impressed with my experience and would not recommend. Model photo is what I asked for. Cake and photo by water are before photos. The rest are after. I honestly liked my hair more before I got it done.
