They have a lot of awesome deals they have a huge selection of name brands that you can't resist passing up. You can basically get anything you could want for your home here, plus there's no shortage of clothing and shoes. I can spend hours there.

This is really disappointing, and it reflects poorly on this particular ROSS store. They seem to use aggressive sales tactics and lack proper customer service skills. Despite having a receipt “bill”, we encountered resistance when trying to return items, with the staff accusing us of using the items, which wasn't the case as we bought the items last night and returned them today. I urge the ROSS management to address such incidents promptly to maintain their reputation and customer loyalty. Hiring well educated and trained staff would greatly improve the customer experience.

These places are suffering very badly from retail theft. All of them.
The cashier's all look like they are very stressed and over worked. None of them are happy and show it.
Always short staffed and check out line is always to the back of the store.

Avoid at all cost!!
Came to this location last Sunday. The customer service here is terrible. Thieves are treated with respect while paying customers are treated like an inconvenience. Watched two different thieves cut off the security tags and set them down and walk out the store past 2 employees and 1 "security" person. Nothing.. yet the people in fitting were rude, the cashier with 3 nose rings and 4 lip rings had a nasty attitude.
The store is a mess and nothing is in the right place. I mean racks labeled one size is another. No hanger matches the size. This is a result of both no sizing being done and customers misplacing items.

It's always messy and few people at the cash registers, the lines to pay are long and tattooed.
You can find very good quality items at a good price. I would give more stars but there is a lack of staff at the checkout counters

So I’ve been a customer at Ross for ages …I usually visit the Kent store .. like in a month , I visit the shop more than 10 times and buy lots of stuff … I got something from the store that didn’t fit , and went to return it , they refused the take it and I had a receipt… stating that it didn’t have a tag … the manager here is the worst… she even told me that the item is not from that store … and I just got it a day before … I was very frustrated.. regarding I’ve been their customer for years and they treated me like trush … I’m never going back there ever …pathetic customer service.
