Some employees are better than others, both customer service and service work based.
One thing, that is common at nail salonsise the side conversations between workers while working on clients. One time, a worker stopped working on me to take a personal phone call.

Lee does an amazing job every time. I’m never disappointed when I see her. Every time I am amazed how long my nails last me. I can go longer than two weeks without my nails breaking or looking a hot mess! Prices are extremely good too!

Used to go to this place a decade ago, was decent but they changed ownership a few times and things went wrong and I stopped. My nail tech (Jenny) started working there late last year after leaving her spot at Kent Station. Followed her there and I've nothing but good things to say!! New management has been an improvement and the ladies are AWESOME!! Quality products, soothing environment and top notch work. If you want want your mani/pedi done well I do recommend checking them out!!

This salon has new owners and they are awesome! The new owner, Nikki, is super friendly and will make anything negative you experienced in the past right! Don’t judge by past reviews. I’ve been going here for a year and the previous owner was rude. Not this new one!! My dip manicure always lasts at least 2 weeks and usually 3. I have super sensitive nails and she is very careful and applies procedures to help avoid making my nails too thin. She explains what she does and even calls other technicians over to show them why she is doing something then explains it to you. I loved my previous technician even though the owner was rude (which is why I still came here) but Nikki has made it so I’ll continue coming. Ask for her if you are new!

Wonderful place to get your nails done the new owner really takes her time to take care of you. Not to mention it’s the only nail place I can find that does AMAZING DESIGNS. She always makes my nails look exactly like I want!!
