I had to order the shoes I wanted when I went to a different road runner store b/c the color I wanted was not in the store. I was informed by email that what I ordered was not in stock. I went today (to a this location) and got a comparable shoe and Hanna fixed my new insoles that were cut wrong at the other location. She also saved me about $45 that kept me under my budget. The woman was fantastic and had the best customer service! Now I hope this time I receive the shoes I ordered! Hanna made this experience top notch!

Walked, ask for the type of Hoka’s I had before, they brought me a pair, perfect fit. Under 15 minutes shopping. Great place to buy footwear for walking or running. No I don’t run…it makes me tired.

The sales person I had (Keira or Kara) I can’t remember her name was super knowledgeable and patient allowing me to try on a lot of the running shoes/giving me space to make a decision. She explained everything very well and helped me as soon as I walked in the door before it got busy.All the staff seemed like they got a long and had good energy.

My son went into the store without me regarding a pair of shoes that began to fall apart after 3 months of wearing them. Not only did they allow him to exchange them hassle free, they helped him pick out a new pair that would suit his running needs. They gave him the help and attention he needed in the midst of a busy Saturday.

What a disappointment and a waste of gas. I made the drive with the urgent need to purchase a pair of running shoes, hoping to find what I needed the same day. Upon arrival, I was assured someone would assist me shortly. However, despite waiting patiently, I watched as customers who arrived after me were promptly attended to, while I continued to wait, seemingly invisible. This lack of attention and disregard for the order of arrival is unacceptable. A better system needs to be implemented to ensure fair and efficient customer service for all patrons. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase and deeply disappointed by the experience.

Too busy to help, not honest. Given shoes for both my kids and no other help, none. Asked to get a different color, black, and was told it didn't come in that color. I explained that was one in black on the wall. He said that's a different shoe. I showed him, and then he said, "Well, we probably don't have it in your size." It was obvious he was not interested in really helping. He didn't check the fit or help with the young kids. But my real issue was when paying, he asked if I wanted to join the VIP program. I asked what it took, and he said all I need is your name and phone number, that's it. Great, I said, I'll join. He said ABSOLUTELY nothing about a joining fee or dues. When reviewing my recept, I saw the charge. That's when I looked into the VIP program. I got an email asking about my experience, and I expressed my displeasure. I was told someone would reach out, but no one has. I do not want to be a member. Their employee was deceitful in representing the program. They get a 1 star review. I spent a lot on money, and I will not return.

The customer service was awesome. I did find out how ever that the 19.99 annual subscription for VIP is going to actually be 49.99 next year and that I qualified for an upgrade next year. My initial visit I was not informed of the actual price. Very disappointed and will most likely cancel after a year.

Make sure you see Brandon. He is great to work with. Did the foot scan thing. Found a great pair of shoes for me and my wife.
