I normally do not write reviews, but I felt like I needed to for this particular location. Normally, I get my prescriptions mailed to me because it is very convenient, and so they usually send me a link through text message in order to do so. For some reason, I didn't receive the link, so I called the pharmacy and asked the woman who answered the phone what was going on. I was very patient on the phone and respectful about it. I'm not sure if this woman was having a bad day, but she snapped at me and made me feel stupid for asking a simple question. I have have issues before with this pharmacy and now I'm just angry that this keeps happening. Please train your staff better, or get them out of those positions, because it is not acceptable to speak to people that way. Basic respect is not that hard to give.

Great customer service good stuff specially associate Nagham she is amazing always help me find stuff and good deals she is an asset to Rite Aid

The pharmacists are really good and have been there for years. The other pharmacy staff is good as well. The clerks say welcome in and I've never had any issues w any of them. The square footage of the store large theres probably more in there than it seems . This store isn't perfect but I appreciate having it in the neighborhood.

Attn. to Rite Aid Pharmacy staff with tall female white blondy hair. I can tell she doesn’t like what she’s doing because she doesn’t smile, her whole aura feels “dead”. was very rude, and not accommodating. i can with my younger brother to pick up a toothpaste prescription and she said to go back 20 minutes for pick up. So me and bother just waited inside the rite aid and came back 20 mins after. She then just looked at me “deadly” like why am i back… So, i told her, “we’re back, for pick up (in a very calm and respectful way) and she’s like, it’s not ready yet and gave me blank look… like, she did not even check if it’s ready. I work in a medical field too, so i know how it feels but this lady needs a break. maybe she’s overwhelmed thats why she acted like that but im telling you, all the horrible comments that my patients have told me about Rite Aid pharmacies attitude are making me believe its true.

I went in for cuticle remover and chocolates. The worst customer service. The cashier looked me in the face and sneered. Do not go to this rite aid.

If I could i would give 0 stars because this rite aid has given me so many problems right now one of my problems are my doctor ordered 100 pack of pen needles my insurance already paid for the 100 pack of pen needles but when I arrive to pick them up i had to wait (even though in the text they told me it was ready) i pick it up, and I start counting how much pen needles are in the box I only found 90 but not a 100 I ask them they would say "ThAtS OuR PoLiCy". The next problem would be I told them to please text message me if ALL of my prescriptions are ready, once they texted me all of my prescription are ready when I arrive there they would say " wait a few minutes ALL of your prescription would be ready" I was like " why in the world would you text me saying ALL of my prescriptions are ready when you tell me to wait for them to be ready," I have told them many times they just acted like it never even happened and do it every single time. Another one of my problems are when the doctor specifically had said " it should be this color and NO other colors should be in this prescription" I have also said this to the pharmacy but they don't listen and gave me a 2 colored prescription like whyyyyy. My advice would be stay away from this pharmacy cause they won't listen to you and won't give you the right prescription either & will make you wait for your prescription to be ready. This pharmacy has caused me TOO MANY problems. ????

worst customer service ever! I called multiple times within business hours to check if my prescription was ready no one answered. When I got through two days later the staff in the pharmacy put the prescription on hold without my acknowledgment and acted like me requesting the prescription was such a nuisance! I will never come back to this location again. I'm sure if their family was having issues they wouldn't like this type of treatment.

With the way Maria treats customers, I definitely won't be coming back. She was also talking down to a young employee while I was there. If I was her, I would be so embarrassed to be caught talking that way to a fellow coworker. I don't even know how she still has a job. I've seen other complaints about her as well.
