Terrible experience, they never answer the phone and the only way to get the next fill from a batch prescription is to call. Last month they said I had prescriptions in the batch for January and February, I called to fill the January one and they said they had nothing at all showing for me. So where did it go, what changed and why is there no record?Definitely getting prescriptions somewhere else in the future because I've dealt with this enough to see the pattern and I dread every month having to call.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Here's the story:Our usual pharmacy, Bartell, was closed because Rite Aid bought them out and ran them into the ground. When our pharmacy closed, we were told that our records had been transferred to Rite Aid, and this store was now our pharmacy. My husband and I scheduled appointments to receive the Novavax Covid vaccine (and a flu shot for me and a shingles shot for my husband). We showed up at the store approximately 10 minutes prior to the first appointment. We followed the directions on the sign near the pharmacy and waited at the prescription drop-off window. A store employee walked by the desk without acknowledging us, returning a couple minutes later to ask (rudely) what we wanted. We told her we had vaccine appointments. After taking our names and some general confusion about which vaccines we wanted, she eventually verified our appointments and gestured toward the waiting area. And we waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. Other than us and the two people who picked up prescriptions, there was no one else waiting. After 30 minutes (20 minutes past the time of our first scheduled appointment), the store employee who verified our appointments called us to the counter to let us know that they were out of the Novavax vaccine. No apology, no explanation as to why they didn't have the vaccine, nothing. She stood there staring at us like it was our fault. I turned to walk away, frustrated to have waited 30 minutes to learn something they surely knew when we walked in, and my husband stayed at the desk. Finally, she said we could get Pfizer or Moderna. My husband and I conferred briefly, but neither of us knew whether there would be any benefit to us getting another Pfizer shot.Hovering by the counter again, we waited and eventually the pharmacist came to the counter. Again, the encounter was brusk and rude, but eventually, he snapped at us that there wasn't any difference, and we could get another Pfizer shot. We agreed to get another Pfizer shot.We waited a while longer. A different store employee called us back to the counter because apparently, even though I'd put my insurance information into the system when I made the appointment, and my information is the same as my husband's, they thought I was uninsured. I gave her my insurance card. She verified that I am insured. She indicated that we should return to the waiting area, and it would be "a few minutes longer."Fuming, we returned once again to the waiting area, where we watched in horror as the pharmacist lowered his mask and had a massive coughing attack (all over whatever prescription he was filling). At this point, my husband and I looked at each other, nodded, stood up, and walked out. We had been there for an hour, and we left with nothing. If the store employees had made even the barest attempt to be pleasant or had been timely in their communication, we probably would have stayed. As it is, Rite Aid has permanently lost our patronage. We won't be back.

Terrible employees in the pharmacy are not recommendedfor this pharmacy. They are hazardous employees and don’t care about severe diseases of the patient. They don’t care, and their English of them is evil. Also, they need to study English and worse. They are much worse, but the management and the pharmacy's owner not recommend it's needs toshutting down this pharmacy for Keepsafe.

I’d been a Bartells customer until they closed recently and I did have a slow start with this location on my first refill and after my Bartells fiascos I overreacted in my initial review since deleted.I have refilled a few more prescriptions at the Kent location on 256th and have been very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and quality service of the staff. The drive through is very handy too. I realize there are a tremendous amount of refills that get processed daily so having to wait on occasion is understandable especially with other pharmacies closing nearby.Keep up the good work . Thanks

The workers are nice but they will literally charge you a price that is higher than what the tag says even after confirming the tag is a lower price. I’m not even talking sale tags. This was the normal tag that’s always there and the product was in the right place. No price change was offered. I’ll go elsewhere for better price transparency.

The pharmacy is terrible I should not have to call the phone seven times within 10 minutes to still not get an answer and for the line to just be beeping and when I did hear from them, they spelled the name horribly wrong the date was wrong they couldn’t understand me there’s nobody in there to really help nobody on the phone what’s the store even up and running for?

Literally the 5th time Soroj gets my medication wrong. She always says to go back when it’s ready then I go back to the pharmacy and it isn’t ready. If there are limited prescriptions or you are not sure when it will be ready. THEN SAY THAT WHEN CUSTOMERS ARRIVE. Don’t make them go back the next day and it isn’t ready. That’s peoples medication they need daily and this pharmacy needs to either hire new people or work at a faster pace and give out the correct information. I’ve been trying to be patient with them, but it’s been more than once that they keep making the same mistakes. Smh!

Worst Rite Aide ever. I called 20 times in one day to try to verify if they had my medication on hand because my normal Rite Aide said they were the closest one to me that had it. Nobody answered.

I left Rite Aid several months ago. Sadly my husband, Charles D Olds, has not! Last week he began to request a refill on the needles he uses for his Insulin injection. As usual the pharmacy was out of needles. He again checked today, several days later, to ck if they had come in. He was told it would now be after 2:00 p.m. tomorrow. Although he has ordered his diabetic supplies for 11/2 to two years Rite Aid is unable to have the supplies on hand. He has had to wait for Insulin too. I have left Rite Aid and am glad to be done with them.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not go here. They never answer the phone, they'll leave you without meds for the day because they never get around to it even when you request your refill hours ahead of time.

Rite Aid pharmacy is a busy spot. I came here for paediatric Pfizer Covid-19 dose 1 vaccine but not available but I was able to schedule an appointment for the same vaccine online with the same location.

Really don’t appreciate when somebody taps on a sign on the window about lunch without speaking a word. I understand that lunch starts at 2, but it’s not my fault the car in front of me was chatting with the person at the window for 5 minutes while I waited behind them. What REALLY gets me is that I show up at 2:30, only to wait 5 minutes for them to open the grate. The person at the front on the inside is usually nice. Just frustrating to see a double standard like that and the customers are the ones who deal with the frustration.

Awful experience! Seems like the people in the pharmacy didn’t know what they are doing. My niece had an appointment for covid booster today. At first, they told us to wait as they are getting ready for us. The lady even told us that she is getting the bivalent booster after looking at her vaccination card. So we waited, but after a while another lady came out and told us that she needed to get the original booster first before getting the updated one, but they don’t have stock of it and asked us to check in other rite aids if they have it and just tell them that we have an appointment with them so we can just walk in. I mean, what’s the use of having an appointment and then telling us that they don’t have stock after???Anyway, so we went to another rite aid in Auburn Way S, I explained what happened, but still, they didn’t accommodate us because WE DON’T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! Plus the lady in there was very rude!

One star is more then they deserve! They had a bunch of people behind the counter. I walked up to the counter at 1:28, doors were down with sign they close for lunch at 1:30-2:00. The ladies look at me through glass including the pharmacist, they ask if I have a question. I hold up a small bag of expired or unused medication that I've been trying to drop off at multiple locations for 6 months give or take. Trying to be a good responsible citizen and drop them off to be properly disposed off. They look like they can't understand me through the glass. Pharmacist dismisses my presence and another woman leans in to try to hear me. I repeat myself and they say they are closed for lunch, pointing to the sign 1:30 -2:00, I tell them it's 1:28, then multiple people in the back repeat the lunch time. I look at them, this is ridiculous, it should take 2 seconds to drop off. (I've never had to do it before, maybe there is more invloved?) They ask if I can go through the drive thru, I agree, walk back out to my car, drive around the building where there are 2 cars ahead of me. I wait my turn and tell the lady I am dropping off expired medications. She says they do not do that here. What the heck! I told her they just asked me inside to go through the drive thru!! She stands by her word.I give up!They were full of attitude when I first stepped up to the counter. They were OVER staffed, they could of done a rotation of shift and not closed the whole pharmacy.
