Half of the lid of my recycle bin tore off and I've called 6 times over two months for a replacement and they keep saying they will replace it but never do. This is ridiculous and I should have any option to choose a waste disposal provider.

Is zero stars an option this company sucks, they told me a 3 day turn around to rent a dumpster I call back and they say no we need to do a site survey you can't have it for a full week YOU SUCK so bad I wish I had other trash options. I want to just dump all my trash in their driveway. Train your employees to know the correct information you morons

There is never recycling pickup on my street in Kent WA- the bins are uncollected for the whole street. We have to call to get a truck sent, and sometimes it comes a week later, or not at all. Meanwhile, I'm billed as usual.If I could give zero stars I would.

Brought the wrong size recycling bin, missed the pickup 3 times now and still have not picked up the small bin despite it being out on the street with a giant remove sign like they asked. It’s just embarrassing. And now I have to call them for at least tue fifth time to find out what’s going on….

Recently it seems you have new (worse) drivers. I've found my compost bin several times lately pushed down along the road, and sometimes tipped over (I see neighbors' bins laying on the ground on pick-up day, as well), and last week I saw how this happens. I watched as the driver, instead of stopping to pick up and empty the bin, just kept rolling, emptying as he drove, and after putting it back down many feet from where he'd picked it up knocking the bin around as he kept hitting it with his truck. Whatever you believe you may be saving in time must be offset by damaged bins and dissatisfied customers. Today my recycle bin was left knocked down, and it had also tipped over the garbage bin.

Consistently leaves bags of garbage in the can weekly and will not allow for the extra garbage bags the following week or credit for the bags that were left behind. Also unwilling to send a truck for special pickup. Response from the company is slow and unhelpful; they provided no solutions.

Going in week 7, we are yet to get our containers. We called them several times past few weeks and got standard response “we are sorry and will drop it next Monday”. They are big liars, saying we have escalated it and 4 weeks past escalating it, i am yet to receive bins from them.

Exactly what they are, garbage. Raise the cost over and over and lower the bar for service. Truck literally plowed into our mailbox and they refuse to take responsibility for it. Another bureaucratic tool bending over the consumer simply because they can. Zero integrity and total lack of principle. Par for the course with todays dwindling expectations as the days got by.

Apparently my trash bin fell into their truck. It was missing the same morning of my service day. No note left on my door. I called customer service and there wasn’t anything noted in my account. They ordered a new bin, but it’s getting delivered on my service day. The trucks come through my neighborhood around 7:00 AM. I’ve never seen a delivery that early so I doubt I’ll have a bin by the time they arrive. They couldn’t get it delivered any sooner and now it’s a huge inconvenience. They want me to put my trash bags out there in the morning while animals could get into it before they arrive. I’ve never had any issues with them before, but they were very unhelpful and did nothing to resolve this issue.

I called to let them know my garbage toter had a long crack. I was told to leave it out on my regular pickup day and it would be replaced. It was not. When I called late in the day I was told they are not allowed to be out after 7pm and that the problem would be escalated. If they have not replaced it to bring it back in. Well, that day came (following week) and went, so here were are the following week. No replacement and when called I was once again told it will be escalated. Seems like a common excuse. She was thinking maybe they are out of them. I mentioned I never received a call letting me know not to leave it out and there would be a delay. Customer service is a word they are not familiar with. Too bad there is not another choice so WE can decide who to use.2/10/23 This is the 4th week the can has not been changed out. Was told last Friday it would be expedited (AGAIN). This Friday same problem of their talking the talk but not walking the walk. No change in their lack of action. Beyond poor,m should be a minus rating for them. City of Kent needs to change to a different company.Services: Yard debris removal

Skipped pickup because of weather, but they could’ve totally made it up the next day which they didn’t. Leave us a terrible Christmas with all the trash bins in the street! Not being considerate for your customer at all.

Changed our pickle up date, and also changed week of recycle pick up. No one came to collect recycling which went an extra week for to change in service. Reported on-line bit still no pick up. Just a lousy way to do business and no notification that there was an issue..Service: Trash removal & disposal
