They forgot to pick up my garbage /recycling /compost three weeks in a row. I had to schedule individual pickups with the customer service rep. They don't provide credits when they fail to pick it up.Services: Yard debris removal

Half of the lid of my recycle bin tore off and I've called 6 times over two months for a replacement and they keep saying they will replace it but never do. This is ridiculous and I should have any option to choose a waste disposal provider.

There is never recycling pickup on my street in Kent WA- the bins are uncollected for the whole street. We have to call to get a truck sent, and sometimes it comes a week later, or not at all. Meanwhile, I'm billed as usual.If I could give zero stars I would.
