Absolutely awful customer service. They’ve failed twice on my vanity delivery. Home Depot uses them for delivery and I’ll need to look elsewhere because of Reddaway.

Had me call off work for a delivery. Last minute canceled delivery until tomorrow so I have to take two days off. Extremely unprofessional . If I had a option I would cancel with this company. I didn't order anything from them. Grizzly chose to use this company.

The worst F'n service period. You call and tell them you want will call and when that day arrives they put it on a truck and you wait all F'n day and no one will respond or give you any updates. They suck

Had a scheduled window of 12-4pm. Called center to be told that shipment was 2 hours at least behind. So much fornpayind almost 300 for shipping. You would think at that cost it would be on time!

I have scheduled a pick up everyday this week for 1pm-3pm and yet they do not arrive till we'll after 6 or 7pm this is unacceptable for a LTL service. Why should I keep paying hundreds of dollars for this type of service. Every single day. I am unfortunately not in control of this account and I am forced to use this poorly operated carrier. If I could give anyone any advice do NOT use reddaway.

Union company and it's never anyone's responsibility to do a task. Only 1 terminal has someone who actually cares to get things done. Every other terminal always has some delay to slow the processes down. 2 pallets and I'm told itncoukd take 2 hours. For 20 seconds of work. It takes longer to open the doors and back in than what they can manage.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is so badly run its ridiculous! No one there knows what the heck they are doing, half of the dispatchers cant even speak English, they miss pick-ups 90% of the time.... I do not even know how they stay in business

What a terrible company with terrible service. The driver left our delivery on the side of the road in the mud. Called the main office and basically got "oh well" from them. A dirt bag company with dirt bag service. Never again
