Great customer service and the staff seem to genuinely care about our animals and the pet owners. I've had very disappointing visits at other vets where it felt like the complete opposite and it was just my $$$ they wanted.

We took our doodle to the reber ranch grooming salon today 5/31/24. We asked for as LITTLE as possible to be cut, and always expect her belly and a few small areas to be shaved.We got back a completely shaved girl, extra charges, and a total charge of $190. When i spoke to the grooming manager, she apologized. Super. She said the groomer sho have called. Ya no kidding…4.5 hours there to shave a pup completely and cost $189 … unacceptable.She did offer us 20% off our next groom and to “add notes to our file to make sure to call us if they needed to shave her completely”. Probably should have called this time too… our before and after pic attached. Big thumbs down ??!!!

Wonderful and amazing people that work here. Great customer service. Warm and welcoming willing to go out of their way to help. Even if the issue that the customer is having is with finding something, That's right in front of their eyes. Go out of their way to help and not demeaning you or downtown talk you for not seeing it which was amazing. Thank you, and everything there is so well maintained and put together. It's like going to a warm welcoming family

My mother-in-law brought her poodles in for a groom this past week. First, they collected payment before she even got a chance to see her dogs, then they hurriedly brought the standard poodle over to the vet side and informed my MIL that they had cut her ear and had to sedate her. After dealing with this and signing the paperwork she needed to sign, she asked for her other (teacup sized) poodle that they hadn't brought out yet, had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring her out, and when they finally did she looked like they had literally JUST shaved her. It was patchy looking and just a terrible groom - and they had to nerve to charge extra for "dematting" when all they did was shave her.I want to make sure I give credit and props to the vet staff. When I brought my MIL back to pick up the standard poodle they looked and acted very remorseful and gave us a full refund for both poodles, but honestly this shouldn't have happened. The groomer wasn't even supposed to touch the poodle's ears at all, but instead of following directions the groomer cut the tip of her ear completely off and she needed 4 stitches. We now have to give antibiotics and pain meds twice a day and go back in 2 weeks to have her stitches removed.To me it seems like they were overbooked or forgot, and tried to save face by doing a rushed job.

Awesome location for any pet needs!We get most of our supplies for our 10 rabbits here, the compressed hay bales are a real life saver! Super nice staff, very helpfulPlease consider stocking the large bags of oxbow bunny pellets and some shredded bedding :) (then we can get everything here!)

I moved my veterinary care for my dog here after a few bad experiences in other animal hospitals. I love this place and every one is super friendly and non judgemental. My dog has severe anxiety and he loves the techs here. Great selection of dog food and chicken supplies too.
