Customer service needs improvement. Got off work 30 mins early to get an important part i needed and they were closed, 1 hour earlier than their hours say. Supposed to close at 3.30 and they are closed at 2:30. Hope you don’t need anything important in the last hour.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - SINCE 3 WEEKS I ORDERED AN RC HELICOPTER AND SENT A MAIL STATING THAT I NEED THE TRACKING NUMBER AS SOON AS THEY WILL SHIP IT - NOW THE PACKAGED IS STUCK AT THE DESTINATION'S CUSTOMS SINCE 2 WEEKS NOW AND I URGENTLY NEED THE TRACKING NUMBER TO CLEAR IT. MANY MAILS SENT FROM MY SIDE AND STILL NO ANSWER. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM RC AERODYNE AGAIN AS THEIR PHILOSOPHY IS TO SELL AND FORGET. THANK YOU MR. JOHNSON AND MR. TURN BULL FOR NOT ANSWERING BACK TO MY MAILS.

I was very nervous about ordering from here the reviews seemed old and the price seemed to good to be true but I am so happy I did! The customer service was amazing the guy I talked to actually told me how I might be able to modify their products to meet my needs and the sipping was super fast and I am so happy with the body I will definitely be doing more with them.

I bought a 450 size fuselage from them, it had some issues and it is practically impossible trying to contact them. I own 5 RC helicopters from a 250 - 600 size and wanted a scale fuselage for all of them. Now that's not going to happen. SMH!!
