I purchased an expensive bed and once they delivered it the footboard and headboard was damaged, they changed the footboard, but denied to change the headboard. I will never ever buy again from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We ordered a couch and were told it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. It ended up taking 3 months. We were without a couch for 3 MONTHS. Then, when it arrived, it was the wrong size. They ordered the wrong size… we weren’t even aware it came in other sizes. So it was too big for our house. We called them and spoke with a man and came to an agreement that they would order us the new piece in the correct size and was told we’d be hearing back from them the next day. Never did. Called back a couple weeks later and told us that we were lying and there’s nothing they can do, provided 0 customer service and they hung up on us.Will not be buying from PriceCo again.

Had to replace my power recliner when flood apartment cause severe damage. Found what I wanted and a very good price. My insurance company was slow in getting my money but Priceco worked with me in holding in storage. Paid off and set up a delivery date and approximate time. Delivery was wonderful keeping me updated when traffic and weather delayed them thirty minutes. Took out old recliner sofa and set up new one. Checked that power was working Very pleased with PriceCo and delivery team in understanding my situation with insurance and delays that happened with my purchase.Will definitely return when I need to buy any furniture for my homeArlene

We happened to drive by this place and decided to stop. Couldn’t be more pleased! The place is very clean, layed out well, and has an EXCELLENT variety of things to choose from. Their pricing is very fair, and their staff were all super friendly. Their focus and purpose are incredibly admirable and I REALLY recommend you give them a shot. We will definitely be back again to see what new stuff they get!

Great Company! Highly Recommend! Everyone that worked with me was very nice and helpful! Brian the sales associate was very patient with me while I picked out what I wanted to get he was very friendly and worked on me with pricing for my kids beds. The rest of the team was very helpful and nice as well (sorry I don’t remember all of your names) but they just set up all my furniture and did an awesome job! I will definitely go through you guys again in the future thank you thank you! ?❤️ I love my stuff

Brian was wonderful. We can’t quite be sure that’s his name. He was a tall man with dark hair. But this place was very pleasant. No pushy salespeople. Very pretty art for purchase. And furniture. Very good experience. We will stop in again.
