It’s less busy around 5 am it’s always clean , there aren’t any rude members so I LOVE planet fitness . Great place to workout tons of equipment and do not forget the hydro massage at the end of your workout it is AMAZING !

Today, I encountered a deeply disappointing experience at your gym. Upon arrival, I was denied entry because I was informed that my payment information needed to be updated. I would like to clarify that my membership payments are processed directly through my bank, not via a card.
The way this situation was handled by the manager, Mackenzie, was both unprofessional and disheartening. She made several rude remarks that left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome in what should be a supportive environment. Unfortunately, it seems I am not alone in this experience, as other customers have also expressed dissatisfaction with Mackenzie’s conduct.
I want to emphasize that this negative experience is not reflective of the other staff members, who have always been friendly and understanding. However, due to this incident, I will no longer be using this gym’s services.

Been on my husbands plan as a guest for several years now and I recently asked why I can’t come in alone. They said “liability reasons” yet they let teenagers come in for free all summer with zero clue as to what they’re doing as I watch them hurt themselves or just sit on the equipment on their phones waiting for their siblings/friends. How am I a liability as an adult, but the kids aren’t? Make it make sense to me.

My recent experience at Planet Fitness left much to be desired. Despite having a valid, non-expiring membership that I had recently cancelled, I encountered significant issues at the front desk. The staff member on duty was extremely unprofessional and unable to locate my membership record, even after I showed him proof of payment from my bank statement for the Black membership this month.
Interestingly, another staff member had successfully checked me in just the day before without any issues. When I mentioned this discrepancy, the front desk attendant dismissed my concern entirely and maintained an unhelpful and unprofessional demeanor throughout our interaction. It is crucial for management to carefully consider whom they hire to represent their gym at the front desk.
As a paying member with a valid subscription, I believe it is my right to access the gym and utilize its facilities without unnecessary hindrance. I should not be burdened with the task of retrieving my own membership records, especially when they should be readily accessible to staff. Despite my membership being valid until the middle of this month, I was coerced into paying for another membership, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed during my visit. I hope that Planet Fitness management takes steps to address these issues and ensure that all members are treated respectfully and efficiently in the future.

I came here for a quick five-minute tan. The door sign indicated they close at 7 PM. Since it was 6:38 PM, I figured I had plenty of time, as I’ve never had an issue tanning at this location around this time before. However, as soon as I walked in, Jesus greeted me with, “We close at 7!” without even a hello. I was taken aback and replied, “I know, I just wanted a quick tan and I’ll be out way before closing.” He curtly responded, “Doesn’t matter, we shut them down 20 minutes before.” This was quite rude, especially since I’ve never experienced this issue before. It confirmed that canceling my membership at this location was the right decision. Thanks, Jose/Jesus, for reinforcing that choice. However, the Auburn location has far better customer service. Everyone should go there instead.

This gym has terrible customer service. My question is, what am I paying you for? Because I couldn't leave my bag in the car, I had to leave the gym because an employee came and kicked me out. I asked for two minutes to finish my workout and they wouldn't give it to me. She stood over me and demanded that I leave. I mean, it was rush hour with a lot of people and I would have to stand in line at the machine again to finish my workout. I just left.
This is disrespectful to customers who have been paying you money every month for two years now.

I never give negative feedback to anyone or any place, this is the first time I am sharing how horrible I feel at Planet Fitness, Kent today because of the manager McKenzie.
She was absolutely rude, not true to her words and behaved arrogantly with me.
I had to cancel my, my husband’s and my son’s membership just because of her.

The horror stories of this place are true. Just try to downgrade or cancel your membership and your worst fears will come true. Beware or the location manager McKenzie. One of the worst customer service and she doesn't hold true to her own words.
If the owner of this establishment is reading this message, hopefully you're aware how your staff works, especially McKenzie. Happy to provide detailed review if thAt helps.
