I called Pirtek from my job site where I needed a part asap to keep the Crane up and running. Collin Hardin came out and started working on the part I needed and had it made within 10 minutes! He saved quite a bit of time for me! I would definitely recommend Collin and Pirtek for your hydraulic and industrial hose needs.

Great experience with Pirtek! I called them at 10:30am, having two hoses on my Cat 314 excavator that need to be replaced. Nathan Wolfe arrived at 11:30am, he was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. He had my machine up and running at 1:30pm. One of the hoses was very difficult to reach and remove/install. Nathan had the expertise to make it look easy. I would highly recommend Pirtek!

I run the front desk for my husband's excavating company. He asked me to call around, as we needed a hose replaced on one of our machines. We've never had a third party come out before but thought we would give Pirtek a try. Chris T was the tech who came out and did the work (the last two times we needed help) he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done.

I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Spent the last 2 years getting hundreds of hoses replaced by the Kent, WA PIRTEK onboard a CG Cutter. Not only were they excellent quality work but there were a few times I'd call Nate and say "I'm in a predicament and need a hose right now"... One time I called him back about an hour later to inform him I had payment confirmation and he was already on the road driving towards me. Another time I called him with a predicament and he literally had the hose made and shipped 800 miles and in my hand within 24 hours. Like Jimmy John's, PIRTEK Kent has "freaky fast" delivery! Also worked with Abel and he is great too! I highly recommend this company for all your marine and other hose needs.

Fantastic service and great value. Contacted the company by phone answered all my questions. On arrival, I was seen straight away within minutes they started the job and after short wait 30mins finished. Happy to say they went the extra mile. Frank is a credit to the company.

Andrew showed up on very short notice. He was very pleasant, highly competent and very efficient. My hydraulic issue was fixed quickly and testing showed that my problem was solved. Many thanks to Pirtek.I am updating this review because I had a second hydraulic issue and again I called Pirtek. Again, Andrew Anderson showed up at my location and Andrew is terrific. His customer service skills and knowledge regarding hydraulic problems are excellent. He diagnoses the problem and suggests a repair solution if it isn’t already obvious but he also tries to understand and accommodate the customer’s preferences. Andrew fixed my problem without delay. I would never consider calling anyone else for a hydraulic issue.
