I met Josh and Nick, both employees at Pickleball Central, while attending the Seattle Open. They were outgoing, polite, inquisitive, and funny. I would definitely buy again from them. Thank you for a great experience guys. Pickleball Central is lucky to have you on staff and contains your customer first business model.

I've been ordering pickleball nets, balls and other equipment from PickleballCentral for a couple years, but felt compelled to add this review after the exemplary service I benefited from relating to a premium net order that I just received. This was a challenging shipment due to the size and weight and we ran into several issues over the course of the weeks I was waiting for shipment. I'm entirely impressed with the care, responsiveness and professionalism of two individuals who worked with me to make sure I received and was satisfied with the order. A HUGE thank you to Pam L (shipping manager) and Bernadette B (customer service manager). You two made it right and kept me as a more than satisfied customer. I'll certainly give PickleballCentral more good references and future business!

I ordered a simple Pickleball shirt for $20. I paid an additional al $6 for shipping which is understandable. It was too big so I called customer service and was told to send it back and they would exchange it. I paid another $6 to send it back and then the customer service rep called me because I had to pay ANOTHER $6 to have a different size shipped to me. I’ve never heard of that and I wasn’t pleased and definitely won’t be ordering any clothing or shoes from them!

Absolutely AMAZING in the time it took to recieve my order!!!I ordered new Pickleball shoes on Wednesday, and was wearing them on the court Saturday afternoon. Incredible website with information for making a decision on what to purchase, and great follow through in getting the order processed so quickly. Great job !

I ordered a Paddletek EX-L Pro paddle on the P.C. website and received the paddle in perfect condition within 48 hours (WOW! Great Service). Unfortunately, the grip was about 3/16" smaller than stated on the Paddletek specs which is not good due to my XL hands. This isn't P.C.'s fault - it's totally on Paddletek. But I called P.C. and got connected to Drew within a few seconds. What a helpful, nice guy!!!! Drew immediately understood the issue and offered up several good solutions. We agreed on one and again within 48 hours, I'm a happy guy again. "THANKS" Pickleball Central and particularly Drew.

Drew Helped me Out with my order he was very knowledgeable and helpful... He made the transaction seem less I would definitely use Pickleball Central again because they pick up the phone they don't have you waiting forever on hold... The order is what you ask for which is super important plus they get it to you right away... It's an early Bday present what a way to start it it off thanks for the gifts tooo L&R Amir

Had a horrible ordering experience on May 7th, in the past 2 days I have spoke with the AMAZING DREW AND BERNADETTE who went out of their way to more than fix the errors! I'm totally convinced there's no better customer service to be found!

I ordered a pr of K-Swiss Express Light pickleball shoes- great service and prompt delivery; Needed a shoe with great traction and this did the trick. Was not as good as hoped for indoor play as am playing on polished concrete- I don't think there's any shoe that would work well there.

Drove down there to their store in person - CLOSED.No where on their website does it state that they do not have a retail walk-in store anymore.Their phone ordering person stated that it is in big red letters on their website.As of 4/8/21 - there its nothing stating as such

I purchased a Paddle, and had to return it immediately after I received it, because it was lots heavier than promoted, Drew was very rude on the phone, then i had to call another time and spoke to Melissa who asked me to place the paddle on the scale and take a picture to prove that the weight is much heavier than states in the description, i am wondering if they would believe me if i didn't have a scale to prove it? That was kind of sad.They did refund me after i returned the not used paddle, however i will not purchase anything anymore from this company.

5 Stars easy! I've been buying from Pickleball Central for years! I've been up and walked in great service every time. They always have the product I'm looking for. I've ordered several things on line for shipping, Always great communication and fast shipping! The last deal is what really did me in, I had a third party order for a really nice net (not just you average portable) the net manufacturer made a small mistake and sent the wrong net. After waiting for more than a month for the net to be made and shipped I was a little Bummed. I reached out to Pickleball Central: They apologized, was NOT their fault! They contacted the net company and got the correct net coming on the same day! They offered a free gift, which I did not expect!!! AGAIN... communication was on spot, service was quick, excellent service! Thank you Pickleball Central Staff, you've earned my loyalty!

I purchased a bag from them which deteriorated. It was a year old and they only honor a 6 month warranty. This was normal wear and tear and obviously a defective bag. Very poor customer service. I’d rather take my business to Pickleball Savings. Great selection, fast shipping and excellent customer service.
