I’ve been with them for years! Never had a problem. I’ve only been in one accident and a few tickets. Everything was simple easy. No crazy rate fluctuations. Always reachable and helpful. They were very clear on all of my polices. I really like this branch.

I was a loyal customer with State Farm for several years and was treated so poorly after I was rearended in an accident I was NOT at fault for. State Farm company is happy to take your money, but once you are in an accident be prepared to fight for your rights as a customer and services you paid for . . . I am so disappointed. Previously, I thought State Farm was a reputable company, but learned the hard way they are not. SO SO disappointed!!I changed companies after my car accident case was closed.

Phil Boldman and his State Farm Insurance agency has always been very responsive to my needs as I have changed cars, and as my daughters became drivers through the student discount program at State Farm. I have four cars at this time, along with a home and an umbrella policy. I've been a customer for seven years now and have always found the experience to be professional and personal.

I have had Phil as my insurance agent for many years now. I think in that time I have had two claims and his office responded immediately, and has always been very helpful walking me thru the process. I recently moved to a different area of our state but have kept my coverage with Phil's office because of the outstanding service I have always received.Erika is always right on top of every request I have and takes great care of Phil's clients.I highly recommend this State farm Office.

My family and I have been clients of Phil Boldman State Farm since the early 80's and have always been so thrilled with their service and their willingness to help. I've never had an issue in dealing with State Farm, their customer service is impeccable and their phone app is super simple and easy to use, my car broke down a couple weeks ago and I used the app to get a tow truck out there and it was so simple and so easy it made the situation a lot less stressful. I did have end up getting a new car and getting my insurance switched over from my previous car to the new car was super easy and the ladies at this location are always so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this agency. Erika and Michelle are just fabulous to work with!!!

Unbelievably difficult to get a hold of this agent. I recently moved from another state and was attempting to transfer my coverage. Each time I called (multiple times) during business hours, I never spoke to a live person, always had to leave a message. I had also attempted reaching out to them via an email message on their website. I received one call back to get more information, I missed this call due to being at work and called back maybe an hour later and had to leave yet ANOTHER voicemail. Over a week later I still had not heard back from them. Needless to say I will NOT be using this agent and will be looking for someone who responds to clients in a more timely fashion.

Last month I received a quote for 2 rentals, primary home, and auto. The quotes were done in 15 minutes and I executed the policies immediately. 3 days later, one of the rentals was rejected by underwriting. 3 weeks later, my primary home was rejected by underwriting. My autos over 3 weeks was altered with unfavorable rates 3 times. They also never after a month and a half issued a refund for one of my policies. I called the office 6 times, went to the office 4 times, and eventually called the 1800 number who referred me back to the office. I found that the office was non responsive and never called back to let me know the status of my legitimate concerns above which is why I have to come in person. When I called other companies because of my poor experience they suggested that this office was not diligent in how they issue policies which is why underwriting rejected them or altered. I called to cancel two days ago and I haven't heard confirmation that the policies have been cancelled. So I will have to go to the office again to make sure this happened. I filed these concerns with the Washington State Insurance Commissioners which is a resource just in case something like this happened to you.

I've been with this State Farm for about a year now. They've got me set up with car and life insurance, and I've never received anything but perfect customer service. They're always willing to be flexible on payment dates and all of the receptionists that I've talked to have always been really fun to talk to. Plus, State Farm was the cheapest out of like 8 different insurance companies that I checked out. Love State Farm!
