Before covid, getting cpap supplies from Performance Home Medical was a very easy process. In the past few years, their customer service has steadily declined. Refills have taken a long time, and when I call (after being on hold up to 30 minutes) it sounds like I am talking to someone in a call center. I've been waiting on my last refill for multiple weeks now, and today I was told it would be another 7-10 days because there was a mistake in the order. I'm moving my prescription to another company.

This company should be closed down. The representative that I saw twice is completely burn out at his job. I didn't have a mask fitting. They told me I needed an extra extra small facemask. There is nothing extra extra small about me. I called and tried to get another appointment with a different representative, but they wanted me to go all the way out to Beaverton. I think it was. I've called twice to try to get some supplies but I haven't gotten a call back. I'm gonna call my insurance company and let them know what a mess these people are. I received this CPAP a couple weeks before I went in for major major surgery. The hospital told me do not bring it here. I could not use it. When I got out, I informed Med Ruben, the representative that I was given to communicate with that I had not used it for 30 days due to pancreatic surgery. He said that it doesn't matter , your insurance company doesn't care what happened to you. That's exactly what he told me. Tonight I am going to pack this up and take it back to them because I don't do business with people like this. I do not recommend them I'm sure there's other companies out there with CPAP machines that have friendly customer service, easy, ordering, and employees that care about the company that they work at. Obviously they don't care here. I even spoke with a supervisor and he didn't do anything. I still have an extra extra small mask and I have asked for a refitting because I never got a fitting and larger masks but they have not said anything to me. Don't go here. He'll be very disappointed.

So far nice people, had some forms text to me but can't fill it out for some reason. Information on my CPAP machine my mask is broken and leaks but making it work

Place that insists on phone calls never answered their phones. Hours on hold, number in the call me back robot and nothing to show for it. They don't want your money or your insurances money. I have never see a place so dead set on not helping their customers. Impossible to contact when YOU need to. Its only ever on their terms, screw your life and time they will get back to you when ever they fancy, simple peasant.
