I have been working with PINN in Kent for over a year. At first I was impressed with the commitment to helping injured workers get back to work and making them stronger. I have recently learned that it’s not at all about the injured workers , it’s about how much money they can make off your L&I..As I am working hard to get back into life and my money making groove by doing my PT “everyday” at home and in the facility, once every week to learn new movements; a particular PT has told me “there’s just no point” and implied I am wasting her time because I have chosen to work instead of doing a second tour of the reconditioning side. That’s a much bigger unpaid commitment for me.Is it not for me to decide what my financial needs are?For that choice I’ve been thrown under the bus!Called Non compliant and discharged! That’s not being helpful or concerned for my health and well-being.I was treated better at ATI!

These people will look you in the face with a smile, then go behind your back and lie about you to the insurance company. PT side is ok, OT is a joke with therapists assistants that think theyre god. (Rolly polly man with glasses and Curtis) Never forget this is a company not a non profit, they don't care about you, just the money they get for your time.

I recently "graduated" from the work hardening program and it was such a great experience for me. Everyone is incredibly helpful, stepping in to help make adjustments even if they aren't directly on your care team. You can tell that their goal is to help you get stronger. There's a slightly casual atmosphere that helps you feel less anxious and self-conscious about doing the exercises and asking for help when you need it. The PT side helped me learn more about dealing with pain and how to stretch and exercise properly. The OTs were great at finding ways to simulate my workplace even though they weren't used to having employees like me. I surpassed goals that I never even thought I'd hit. I feel more confident going back to work with all the knowledge I've obtained from everyone at PINN.

I had a lower back injury & couldn’t care for patients for a while. They taught me how to care for myself & physical needs. From the front desk , translators , massage & physica therapist to PTA’s . I loved them all. I spent at least 5 months with them & they made sure my healing journey was tailored to me.Thank you !!!

Not impressed. The place is dirty and it is a like warehouse.Regarding the mask I saw Bruce, the Clinical Director not wearing the mask properly on multiple occasion. He was wearing the mask below his chin.It seems like all they care about charging Labor and Industry insurance and how much money they can get off you from your injury. (Their complementary coffee tastes pretty bad and there is no convenient store close to this location so get ready to drive at least 7 minutes to the near Safeway )

I am willing to do what I need to in order to have a higher level of functioning and have more jobs open to me. I was increased in activities despite having enough pain with the initial exercises to significantly impact sleep. I was told I could get help for spams, but this is not always true. They tightly book and help is not always available. I was released to full duty despite the activities still being painful- which maybe is my fault for not complaining a lot. There does not seem to be an understanding that pain can increase and interfere with basic functioning even though this is the reason for being referred. If ever in a position to care for injured workers myself I will not refer here.

To all PINN staff Physical Therapists and Front desk who took care of me, during this long process, being polite, gracious and patiently helping me moving forward. Thank you so very much for helping get to where I am today. You're the best!I will miss you all!...To all the AMAZING Staff. Thank you for your friendly greeting each time I arrived at therapy. It took a long time, in fact, I felt like I was part of the troops! You are truly "WONDERFUL", working above and beyond the limit to make sure I was taking care of and I really appreciate all the time and special treatment that I received. Thank you again! You are the best!

Longview WA I was referred by my physician, following a long course of physical therapy after my head on auto accident. Going in and I was overall weak and had a limp but by the time I was done in a couple weeks, I was bedridden. I don't think they know anything about physical therapy. They knew instantly increased my workout time to 2 hrs from 20 minutes and made me lift and cart things I shouldn't have and caused further injury. Physical and sports therapy is a far better choice.

So far I think it's awesome. They have so many different machines and equipment to really work your body in to get it back to its original condition.Update: They have work with me so professionally and almost everyone has been so very nice to me. I have to give a shout out to Mr. Zack because he put so much care and kindness that I felt like my mom was taking care of me and I appreciate him as well as all the other staff from the front to the back I Love this place. If you really want to get back to the you before your injury then thus is the place to come to for sure. GREAT JOB PINN KENT

My therapist name is Joe Bullert and I have to admit I was hesitant about therapy at first I didn't know what it could offer... My finger was crushed at work during my fourth week of work my employer asked me not to say anything to the doctor or to claim a workman's comp claim ..please if you get hurt on the job please make sure you go to your doctors and file a workman's comp claim you will get a therapist like Joe who is incredibly kind and amazing and knows what he is doing...thank you Joe .... I highly recommended p i n n people's injury Network Northwest especially Joe at the store they will help your injury for sure
