Bought king-sized bed 3 yrs ago & have had no issues. Today, I went back for bunk bed with mattresses. They delivered as promised. Looks and feels good.

Don't trust these people, either negligent or shady people. Bought a mattress, tried to return it days later. After their first email, I took their requested pictures and sent them in same day.After a month with no reply I had to call them to get to a response. Was told that it was already approved but no one notified me.Drove to return the mattress, the associates at the store flipped the mattress around on the concrete and then saw some scuff marks on the corner where they were dragging it. Then they told me there was damage and they won't accept it. Great ethical business. Pictures showed all corners were in pristine condition before I got there.

My boyfriend and I were here for a half hour and not a single employee said hi or asked if we needed anything... We bought our living room furniture down the street instead.

I got a queen mattress and bed frame. The bed frame was fine but the mattress was TERRIBLE. It was broken and had bed bugs in them. I had all my arms full of bites and took a while to disappear

Wife and I bought a $2700 bed set from this place and the bloody frame broke! They assembled the set and didn't extend the screws so the support legs never touched the floor. Their fix was to just screw the support legs in different places. Broke again and this time I spoke to a "manager" who told me to send pictures. Pictures sent, did not hear back from him, I reached out and acted as if he did not know what I was speaking about. He then asked to send the pictures again....to the same number and got the same ghost response. I'll be going to their shop this weekend so I can wreck their sleep.

They have very low quality product and one time sale and no exchange because they know their products are useless once assemble and poor delivery service. Over all minus zero rating for them. Not recommending

Delivered the wrong order..no refund. take 3 to 5 days to delivered a wrong order. They wont refund your money..no exchange even if its there fault..there rates are double. Dont visit

Not the largest of selections but it's highly quality furniture at a great price. This location had great customer service too, very genuine people.
