Went to get wipers for my car, simple right? Not anymore! Fortunately Stephen, Trevor and Aiden were there to help. Apparently the wipers needed some special adapter to be installed. Stephen's experience and expertise solved the issue and Trevor installed the wipers. Aiden was hands on as well while also manning the check out.
I will for sure be returning to this establishment for all my auto part needs. Great job guys!

Steven and James are amazing! Went in there to simply just get a new gas cap for my truck and ended up asking them a few questions and they helped me out immensely. Gave me lots of advice and were so nice! Every time I come here, the employees are more than willing to help in any way and always have a great attitude!!

Brian at this location went above and beyond when helping me get the front end parts I needed for my Mazda 3. Then the same afternoon my starter want out in my Xterra and because of his excellent service I came back to O'Reilly to purchase the starter.
HE IS A FANTASTIC EMPLOYEE !!!!

Bad customer service. 3 workers couldn't even attend 2 people ? waited 20 min to buy oil. they would rather answer the phone then cash you out.

I never had an issue at an O’Reilly Auto parts before.... till today 4.29.2024 in the AM, worst experience, long wait when no clients in and being ignored. I’ve been coming to this place for years now and never had an issue till now, the two gentleman that were there before were always so very helpful.I don’t like to brag about nonhelpful people but my experience before today at this O’Reilly was 10000% the two young man who worked there were always on top! Can you bring them back, PLEASE!!! I liked them because they were very helpful and very polite DOING their Job. I don’t get why people work for a place that they don’t like WHY! And give clients attitude when walking in the store, am I supposed to not come in??O’Reilly at Meeker St. needs them back and please take the rude lady out! Her lazy butt doesn't want to leave from behind the counter and help clients out.***ZERO STARS***

I went to O'Reilly this morning desperately needed a new battery and oil. Brian who works there went above and beyond to take out badly corroded battery put in new one and put my oil in for me. I appreciateed his kindness and professional demeanorIm a senior it was so nice to see. Ill be back. Hes an amazing young man.

Aaron her at this location wsd amazing he went above and beyond the customer service duty. He help me fix my funnel to properly fit my transmission dip stick hole. Helped poor it in for me when I wasn't tall enough. He gave me clear directions on to what to do next to check it again in a few miles. THANKS SO MUCH THE EXTRA information that will carry on with me for years. GIVE HIM A RAISE
