Alex is amazing and a HUGE blessing to me and my husband! He diagnosed and changed out the battery in my FOB for my 2012 Subaru Outback this week. He saved us so much time, money, and stress. Will not ever return to this location. And that's sad cause my daughter's car needs a lot of work and we had been going there. This morning I needed to purchase some items and got there early. I waited outside till it was after 7:30 then I tried the door. It was unlocked so I assumed they were open. The lady working ( I failed to get her name) was not happy I was there. She said she was not open yet and told me to leave. She said someone left the door open. Normally I wouldn't mind but she was very rude. I just got back in the and went to Autozone. Guess they get our money now.

Bought $80 wiper blades, and asked that they can be installed. I was told the other guy was using the bathroom. I left after 20 mins of waiting. I’ll just install them myself

The men who work here are always incredibly nice and respectful. Always very patient and helpful. But the older blonde lady that works at this location, always speaks at me and raises her voice. There is absolutely no need for it. Everytime I come into this location she is always having an issue with someone. So thank you to the men who work at this location, you are blessings.

At your store in kent washington 10453 SE 240th St. I am complaining about your manager Maria. If you dont look like her she will refuse service to you, along with her co worker Kim. That says alot Oreilly and you should not ignored that. But if you do that says alot about the company you run and the people you hire to represent you. I will stop shopping at your stores and go to NAPA from now on.

Jesus was beyond helpful! I had no idea what I needed for my car. He was able to look at my license plate and see everything I needed to buy accordingly. He was also very knowledgeable about all the programs O’Rilley offers like “free check engine light” and “rental tool program” great customer care!
