The worst one I have ever been too. Laughed in my face over asking for help changing a tire. Refused to help, refused to let me barrow anything to get the lugnuts off. The rudest workers I've ever encountered.

Every time I come to this O'Reilly in kent with my man.. this gentleman name Stephen he is so awesome... I would rather not just have anyone help me and my man, but him... He is very knowledgeable, friendly, with great customer service.... I highly recommend anyone to come here and request to speak to Stephen as he has been so great with us... The other day, before going into the store, I spoke to another guy, but he was not as friendly and knowledge as Stephen.... Stephen, you have been awesome and very loyal to us as your customers... You deserve not only a raise but also good customer services employee of the year!! I do hope the owner or corporation of O'Reilly sees ? my review of how great and a hard worker you are!! HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE ONLY O'REILLY STORE IN KENT ILL COME TO!! THANK YOU, STEPHEN, FOR YOUR GREAT FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICES!!
