I bought an item from Walmart and this company supposed to deliver my item. There drivers don’t even know how to buzz the door. Please don’t ever use them It makes your customer disappointing. My item never deliver they return it to the seller.

I wish I can give 0 star but they don't have this option. I have used the same shipping address for all my orders, and they were the only company that keeps sending me text messages telling me that they are not able to deliver my package. All the other carriers were having no problems at all, I don't know what is wrong with them and why they just can't deliver it right for three times now. I tried to contact them, but no replies at all. No customer service. I don't even know why this company it still operating, they can't even do the easiest things right.

Negative zero stars, this did not pass the vibe check. The tracking would say “out for delivery” waited all day and no delivery was even attempted. Contacted ontrac and was in a continuous loop trying to contact SOMEONE about my delivery issues. I have never had an issue like this before saying my address and phone number was insufficient, no attempt to deliver and no attempt to even call about the delivery like I have had in the past. Now my items are being returned to sender like WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE. Thanks ontrac for messing with my items for school now I’m going to have to wait ALL over again for my stuff.. BOOOOO YOU DESERVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS, very sketchy not very cutesy or demure.

Out of the 3 times this carrier was tasked with delivering my packages I've have yet to receive them. Status will read out for "delivery" and at the end of the day show "Delivered" to the same location it left from that morning. The tracking bot is useless unless you like chatting in a loop of 10 pre-programmed response designed to offer zero help. And then there's the 800 number that immediately kick you to a "your call cannot be completed at this time as to the party is busy please try again later...Good bye" message. Does this place even exist?

I wish there was a 0 star option that I can give this Company. Didn't even try to deliver the package but lied on the system that they tried. All the Companies have selected this delivery Company should consider to terminate their business relationship to protect their customers.

This is the second time I have had problems with this company. The first time they lost my box and now I have been waiting for it to be delivered for two days. I stayed here at home all day with the hallway door open. They said they couldn't get into my building. When I received the notification, I ran after the car and the driver ignored me and left. I've been calling all day and trying to get in touch and no one answers.

The single worst company on earth. Nobody can be this stupid. NOBODY I never want to have to deal with these people again. Took them 3 days to deliver a package to me from 5 miles away! Ontrac should just close their doors. There is nothing they can do to get the stain off of their name.
