I had an appointment and they were CLOSED. There was a small, handwritten sign on the door saying that they were closed indefinitely. I got no communication from OnPoint about this closure before my appointment time. I got an email saying my appointment was canceled 2 hours after my appointment time. I called multiple times but no one answered the phone.

Drove 30 miles in the snow with a confirmed appointment to find a postcard on the door saying closed.

Had an appointment for 10 AM. Showed up and no one is even there. Waited for a half hour past my appointment and nobody ever showed up.

I made an appointment monday. Got a conformation email stating that they would be open. I go and the are closed. I was told to make an appointment tuesday. I make my appoinment at 8:30 and at 8:35(ish) i get an email saying they are closed and to come back at noon. I come back at noon and they are STILL closed. Ridiculous. With the combined reviews from other sites and this one, i advise to NOT use this company.

Online you can make an appointment but when you get there it’s hard to find and nothing about it shows this place tests for covid. As well there no sign to say they are closed and not operating. Waited in a hour line with 12 other cars just for everyone to figure out on their own that there’s nobody in the empty shack.

Waited for almost 30 minutes before a police officer pulled up telling everyone in line that they didn’t have a permit to operate so they wouldn’t be open, even though their website allowed appointments. Lol

Very busy but worked quickly. Very friendly. My grandson only 3 began crying and they were very gentle with him.

One has ran out of test but second one was open and good. Got there tested and got results in less than an hour. Didn't even make it home before I got results. Wasted time going to first spot thats why 4/5. Staff was fast and professional

Testing and obtaining results was fast, no question.The employee working there however was really unpleasant, not polite and not listening to questions once we found the little shack on the parking lot.It is not what matters most in this context, but she clearly did not want to be there and did not care about the people showing up for an appointment.

Not sure where all of the 5-star reviews came from, but I was scammed! I paid for the expedited 1-hour results ($69) bc I needed to be cleared for work. Guess what...NEVER received my results. I called several times and got either disconnected lines or straight to voicemail. Nothing emailed nor texted to me. I wasted time and money trusting them. I finally had to go somewhere else for testing. This place is not worth anyone's time!!! I called my credit card company and had them reverse the charges. You've been warned! By the way, this is a rapid antigen test which might not be accepted by some employers.

I am so dissapointed! I had an appt with them today at 1 pm. They have send me the confirmation link, check in link, and when i got there they where CLOSED .The door was closed . Waited there for 20 min and tried to call and nobody answer the phone .I have to fly tommorow , and i did not make another appt , because i knew i have one with them. If i could give them 0 star, i would. ??♀️

Scheduled an appointment via Solv for 8am, appointment was confirmed. Came at 8am and site is closed. Pass this location
