Called to get a quote for short term oversized parking and because I was calling from a Houston number, the owner of the business answered, assuming I was a telemarketer and started saying idiotic things like "Hello Hpuston, This is the Moon!" until I finally broke through his monologue and asked "Is this NW Vehicle Storage?" And then he immediately straightened up and said "oh I just love f*cking with the telemarketers and I thought you were one with the Houston Area Code. Great way to conduct business, I guess. When I proceeded with asking him about storing a large truck there for 3 days, he asked for $100 after thinking it over for a couple seconds out loud. Almost double what the airport long term parking lots charge for the same time period, and he seemed genuinely shocked and confused when I told him his price was outrageous. Just from the phone call, I wouldn't have trusted him with my vehicle even if he was cheaper.

Dan has a good location for vehicle storage in South Federal Way. His vehicle lot is located right on the bus stop 8411 Pacific Hwy So. Dan is easy to work with and helped me with several things with my car since I was leaving it for long term storage

We have stored our RV at the Kent location for several years. No, it's not covered storage, but it was very reasonably priced. The location is a bit hidden so it's not a magnet for theft or vandalism. Dan is very approachable, easy to work with and always available for contact. I wouldn't hesitate to store another vehicle here in the future.
