I go here as little as possible. There's a few staff members in the front office that are fine to work with. Most the staff in the gas meter department are condescending and rude. The main guy I have dealt with 80% of the time seems to be very discontent with his job, and is not customer centric or friendly whatsoever (even though he has worked there a long time). Luckily I only have to see him once every other year, but that is more than enough. Apparently working on gas meters makes you a brain surgeon elitist.

Unfortunately was a gigantic waste of my time the fine young gentleman that help me was very nice did not know anything about harnesses I felt at times I knew more than he did when expecting to spend well over a $1000 left spending nothing because I was so frustrated

I went into this store the sales gal that helped us was so rude!!! I had a fairly big order but because we did not get any help. The first two girls were very friendly but they were going to lunch. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I've used to buy products from these guys 20 years ago, stopped in the other day to get some stuff and Jeff, the owner came up and said Hi Bill. How have you been? They always gave me great customer service and advice. Have always been super friendly without the pretension you get most everywhere else. Just nice people, still.
