Great experience with National Auto Collision for the repair of my Eurovan. Other shops I had called wouldn't even look at my vehicle due to its age, but NAC didn't hesitate. The repair of my vehicle looks great and NAC handled all of the insurance adjustments that were required. The paint work and paint match are excellent. As was the communication from the shop.

Excellent shop with excellent professionalism. Due to the parts of my vehicle, not being readily available, it took some time, to no fault of the shops, but they communicated amazingly through every step of the way, and the work came out, absolutely flawless! Would recommend them to everybody and will be going to them For future work, if I ever need it again

This Auto Collision shop is a hidden gem in Kent. Alex was friendly, honest and went above and beyond. My wife's 2023 Toyota 4runner was repaired in no time. These guys are great. Recently had some body damage fixed by them and they did an outstanding job. I went to 2 other body shops before deciding on National Auto. Alex was very welcoming and reassuring throughout the whole process. Highly recommend! Absolutely wonderful people! After an accident, having such good people in your corner is priceless! Great communication. Ready for appointments: no waiting. Helpful advice. Willing to do extra and help make calls to straighten out our rental mix-up. Explained everything. Really appreciate all the help AND I did make it to the airport on time!

I broke my passenger side mirror foolishly in a parking lot. It was dangling pathetically. The side of the door had damaged as well. Like all Tesla cars, the rims on the car had been scraped too. I tried to book the Tesla recommended body shops but to no avail they were booked out months in advance and I didn't want to keep driving with the dangling mirror. I put in a Yelp request for bids. I got many interest. I chose 3 to get bids (to go in person and have them look at my car for the estimate) based on Yelp reviews and ratings. NAC was the last one I decided to get looked at and for them to give me an estimate cuz it was the furthest from my home. Well I chose them because the estimate was competitive but the real reason is that during that estimate visit, they took the time to zip tie and tape my dangling mirror so it wouldn't further damage and also mirror became functional again. Those little details really show cases that a company cares about the little things. No other bids even offered to do that. One bid came in at 4times higher for the rims. NAC did an excellent job on the repair and as they promised timelines. It looks brand new! The people are so nice and friendly. The follow ups are prompt. The quality of work is really nice. I have told all my friends to get any body repair to them. I plan to only use them in the future. Cheers!

Really awesome experience. My car got vandalized and my insurance company's recommended shop would not be able to start my repairs for over 3 months.Alex & Steve got me scheduled in a month and got the repairs done in a matter of days. They were very honest, kind, and most importantly, actively communicating on how the repairs were going and the progress.I highly recommend this shop. And I will only take my vehicles here if any future damages happen.

Usually, you write a review after the work has been performed. Instead, I'm writing a review, and not one bit of work will ever be completed on our car because it was determined to be totaled. But I know that if it could be repaired, it would have been in the best of hands.We were involved in a bad hit-and-run accident on 9/24. After spending several days calling autobody shops all around town, no place was willing to take our Mercedes GLC300 in because it was non-drivable. On top of that, most repair shops told me they could not even get to my car until December or later, and that was to just start the repair process. Furthermore, most shops advised that I would have to hold onto my car until the repairs could be performed since they didn’t want to store it on their lot. Further yet, some shops did not even bother to answer their phone and it would just ring—endlessly.I filled out a request for a quote form on Yelp. 60 minutes later, I received a message from Steve, the owner of the National Auto Collision. He said that he might be able to help me out and requested the estimate. I got that over to him after work on Friday evening, not expecting to hear from him since the shop is closed on the weekends. Saturday morning, I received a phone call and it was Steve. I told him I was surprised to hear from him since I thought the shop was closed. He said he was out playing with his kids at the park, saw my emailed estimate and just wanted to get the ball rolling. He indicated that the estimate looked in order and asked when I would like his tow truck person to come to get my car. This, after every other place told me the exact opposite.On top of the hit-and-run, we had a family member going into hospice to make his transition at home. When I explained this to Steve, he was so compassionate and advised that my car was the last thing he wanted me to worry about. He made it so easy for me to coordinate with his tow-truck person to come get our car. He did this based on my convenience, not his.In the end, Steve advised that it would be best to total the car and he worked with the adjusters and showed them why this would be best given the extensive damage. Afterward, he ensured that our personal belongings were collected and even offered to mail them to me.Not one bit of work was done on the car, but I must admit that Steve repaired my Spirit. I was already so stressed out with everything else that was going on with my family. He made me feel like I was his most important customer, and that is rare in any business.If you ever need to have repair work done, then you must use National Auto Collision. If they handle things this way even before they have your car, then I can only imagine that the rest of the process will go accordingly. Just look at all the reviews here. Thank you, Steve, and I cannot begin to thank you enough for your care, compassion, passion, and customer-centric focus. It is no wonder that you have a successful business and many glowing reviews. I hope to be accident-free for the rest of my life. But I know where to recommend people to go when it does happen. Grateful for you and your team!

The guys did an awesome job on my car, communication was great, and they got me in and out way quicker than the other guys could have. If your car gets bashed in my some drunken animal in the middle of the night like mine did, I recommend towing it here for repairs.

I had front end damage and ended up filing a claim through Geico. Alex was extremely helpful and worked with my schedule to get the car in on a timeline that worked for both of us. I was thrilled with the quality of the work and my car looked brand new coming out. Don't hesitate to take your car here, they will treat it like their own and handle everything for you! Even had my rental car set up when I arrived to drop off. Hopefully I won't be back haha, but if I have another accident or any of my friends need repairs I will be sending them here!

Steve, Alex and their team did excellent work on my brand new Lexus ES300H that got damaged in a collision recently. These people are very very responsible, honest, and friendly. They explain all details of what's they found and fix for me. I am really happy with the car after the repair. Look like new again. A full 5 stars for this shop.

First time writing a review and I had to do it as this place is absolutely amazing. Brought in my GMC Yukon to get a new paint job on the hood as it was badly faded. Working with Alex and Steve could not have been any better. The paint job on the hood looks brand new and totally matches original paint. They were able to complete ahead of schedule. These guys went above and beyond and I will not hesitate to go back. Jon P.

Upon arrival at the collision center, I assumed service would be excellent due to the number of cars that needed repaired. Cars were parked haphazardly, and I parked my car in a slant to avoid being trapped. The owner came outside and yelled condescendingly "park straight"!!!!!! I was startled at his extremely RUDE tone and parked my straight. I paused for a few moments and immediately backed out (which took nearly 3 minutes) and left. I'm taking my insurance check of nearly $3000.00 to another establishment. Sir - your customer service and the way you address people is below par.
