Amazing for a person to take the time and reach out and let customers know they are back in service. was so frustrating when the closed cause I had to do my banking somewhere else but I’m definitely going to return. I’ve had this bank for more then 30 years and know my bank account number by heart. The area of the bank is so convenient cause it’s on the right side of the street on my way to work. “Brian Thielicke and Mary Anderson went above and beyond to help us close on our first home. It took them 1 day to get us pre-approved and a couple more to get us an address TBD Underwritten Approval. When we put in an offer on a home, Brian called the selling agent in our behalf to put in a good word. We went under contract on Feb 2, they had appraisal done within the week and we closed on Feb 16! Since we were new to the whole process, we had no idea how fast this was until all our friends starting saying how their escrow took 30-60 days!”
