I purchased three loveseat recliners for our theater room in November 2022. One of them had issues from the delivery day. It was finally changed out in April 2023. Yesterday, 2/22/24, the footrest was stuck 1/2 way up. The motor stopped working; this is the one that was changed out last April. I called Mor Furniture and was told it was not under warranty. The warranty is only for one year. But wait, this recliner was delivered to my home in April 2023. The warranty is from the 1st delivery/install date. The warranty doesn't follow the furniture. I will not be purchasing my next 3 loveseat recliners from Mor Funniture.

This is for the store located in Kent, Washing. I will start by saying I WAS a loyal customer of Mor, they were always my go-to furniture store which we just spent over $7,000 a few months ago and if this incident that had happened today happened before I would have never gone to them again never will go to them again in the future. Do not EVER buy their protection plan. It is a SCAM! Aug I filed a claim, waited till December for the part to come in, took time off work for them to come fix it, and they showed up with the wrong part. LEAVE the wrong part and tell us we have to dispose of it, and it's not just a small part you can throw away in the garbage can. Fast forward to yesterday, we are told they no longer make the part and need to exchange that section of the couch, I think ok cool they are finally fixing the problem. Only to find out we have to pick it up ourselves and dispose of the broken piece. Customer service is rude, and gives you attitude, talks to you like you are stupid, leaves you on hold for a long period of time and just disconnects the call or transfers you to another person who cannot help. From a person who has worked in customer service, they really need some training on the basics of customer service. I will not be returning to Mor again and will never recommend it to anyone again. Go anywhere but Mor, and if you do go to Mor don't fall for the protection plan that they pitch to be a great thing. It is more a hassle than its worth. Waste of money, time, and breath. Time to find a new furniture store to replace my broken couch because I refuse to give this store another dime of my money.

I went to this place. mor furniture. Spoke with a person. named Amber. She sold me furniture. and the furniture was not in stock. It was 60 days away. So I decided to return the furniture. That was back in early December. 2023. It is January. 29th. 2024. I still Have not. received a refund. I called 12. days ago. to inquire. about my refund. I spoke to a supervisor. who was checking into it. and said she would. call me back the next. day. I did not hear from her. I called back two days later. Another lady told me. my refund had been issued. back to my Mastercard. It has been 12 days. since they were checking into it. and issuing my money back to me. This is a transaction that took place in the first week of December. This is the last week of. January. I still don't have my money I'm still getting the run around. If more furniture is selling furniture which they don't have in stock. they shouldn't ask people for their money until they have it there now. Basically. they're taking our money. and making purchases. They don't have their own money. This is uncool. and not a way to. run your business. I need my money back. I need it back now. I do not rate this company with any stars. because they don't deserve it. So Mor Furniture. get a zero rating from me. In fact, they get a Negative. negative, negative. 100. This is the worst company in the world to provide. furniture from.

I I am very, very upset with Mor furniture. First of all, when you call the store, you get their home office in San Diego, and you're on hold for at least 20 minutes before they transfer you to the store you need . I purchased a bedroom set on January 3rd, 2024, and was able to pick up the two bedside tables. However, they initially told me that my tall chest would be delivered to my house in the middle of January, which would be two weeks later. Then I called at that time to get status on it, and they told me it would be delivered at the end of January into the beginning of February. Now today I call and I'm told it would not be delivered until the middle of February. As of right now, I would never order from Mor furniture ever again. They need a whole new way of doing things there to satisfy their customers. They don't offer a small refund for the purchase because of their extended delays at all so that only tells me they don't really care about their customers and I would not do business with a company that does not care about their customers. I am completely done with Mor furniture. L. Rollins

I purchased a couch from Mor Furniture in July 2023 along with an extended warranty. In October, I contacted them with a problem. The arm rest on the right side had collapsed. I contacted the Furniture Care Protection company. I sent pictures. They declared it a manufacture defect and had me contact Mor Furniture. I sent pictures. They declared it a customer caused problem and sent me back to the Furniture Care Protection. I sent pictures. They said that they would need to pick up the couch and take it to the warehouse so it could be evaluated and repaired. I told them that was impossible. I was not willing to have no furniture for about two weeks. I asked to have a manager contact me. I heard nothing for two weeks, so I called back. Their records indicated that my ticked had been cancelled because I had refused service. We got the work order re-created and again I expressed my concern about having no furniture for two weeks. I told them it was a simple fix and that I could take out the four screws and make the replacement myself. Again, I asked to have a manager contact me. I told them I would call back in a week. On December 6, I called back. I was told that the part had been ordered. I got the order number. I was told it should arrive in February. The part was being shipped from the manufacturer. So, if I had let them come and take the couch to repair it, I would be without furniture for three months. The salesperson was very helpful and explained that the Furniture Care Protection program would cover everything no matter what. The example they gave was, "If your cat scratches the material, it will be replaced." Buyer beware: It will be replaced says nothing about where, when, or how. I am convinced that they are creating barriers to getting this done so I will just give up.

Horrible customer service. The sales lady was great, except she forgot to schedule the removal of the mattress like we requested. The delivery people were nice, but that is where it stopped. We were promised mattress pick up and told that the mattress just needed to be wrapped in plastic, which we were told by 3 different people (the sales person, the delivery driver, and a customer service agent). We did that (paid for plastic too out of our pockets) and they are now refusing to pick up the mattress despite it being wrapped. In addition, we were told a lie that suddenly as of TODAY they suddenly have a new policy that they cannot remove mattresses with ANY stains whether wrapped or not. We asked to see this policy as we were told otherwise and they ignore us and do not provide it. The customer service agent will not listen to us or answer any of our questions. They stated that they have pictures showing the "state of our mattress", however driver who came to pick up the mattress never stepped foot in our house, so we are unsure what pictures they are referring to. We requested proof of the "state of our mattress" that they also refuse to provide. In addition, the customer service agent stated three people told us they cannot pick up the mattress, however we have only been talking to her. We talked to customer service asking to talk to a manager about at least refunding us for the cost of us now having to remove the mattress as we do not have the money to pay for a service especially right before Christmas. We are trying to move forward with knowing they will not remove it, however we feel they should at least help us achieve what was promised by multiple people, whether through their removal or another. In addition, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IS REFUSING TO LET US TALK TO A MANAGER. This whole interaction has been horrible, stressful, and putting us in a bad position right before the holidays. This company seems super sketchy, and we will never go back. Update: the "customer service"persons name is Donna.

I'd been looking for a new table, mostly online. I saw one online at Mor's website so we decided to drive out and take a look. I had certain criteria I wanted in the dining table hence the pre shop We walked around a bit- the store is quite large. Thankfully we weren't hounded by sale people but I'd already coached my husband on - Don't make eye contact unless we find something or have questions. We found a couple of pieces that met the criteria but not the one online. The store is big. Deon came by and asked if he could help. I shared what piece i was looking for and my criteria. Deon was a rockstar! A sales professional who is gracious, knowledgeable and listens to customers! He showed us pieces that met my criteria and we chatted some. Deon then asked if we would like some time to discuss?! We thanked him, discussed and Deon made a sale! It was a pleasure working with Deon so much so that i would ask for him next time. Delivery- delivery was very organized. A text with tracking, another message when they were 20 minutes out- i truly appreciated it. Dispatcher did call ahead of time to let me know that one of the chairs was damaged and asked if it would be OK if they deliver everything but that chair today. She said they were getting another chair from Portland and should have it the following week. When the delivery people showed up, they were efficient, polite, and very professional They also wanted to make sure I was aware that one chair was damaged and going to be replaced. I would go back

The store had an amazing selection. I highly recommend going there and ask for Paul he is a great sales person, he will give your space to shop and very friendly. Great quality on the products, great prices, and friendly service. What more can you ask for?

I want to thank Adrian G. for helping me pick out bedroom sets for my guestroom and master bedroom. He was insightful and had great taste. My rooms look fabulous. I want to thank Jerry C. for helping me order another nightstand for my master bedroom. He found the exact nightstand I was looking for, processed my order with no issues and gave me a quick delivery date. These gentlemen offer excellent customer service and I would recommend anyone to shop at MOR and ask for Adrian and Jerry.
