My phone was shut off even though I paid in advance, and from the second I walked in to find out why, Francisco was available, quickly responded, and had my phone turned back on within minutes and I was out the door. Thanks Amigo, great job.

Terrible store bought A phone there asked the two kids that worked there if they would help me set up the phone they bolth said no theyr not tech savvy .Well why are they working there.Stay away from this store.Bad customer service.The owners don't care bad news stayaway.Punk little loosers.Ile never go back .1 month ago

I took my phone in to see what was wrong with it. It has been dropping calls and has not been working well. The man in the store was extremely rude. He told me there was nothing wrong with my phone and refused to help me. I have never been treated so poorly and don't understand how this man even has a job. I had to go to a different Metro PCS to get proper respect and service. Who ever owns this store seriously needs to have a talk with his employee about customer service.

I did not know upgrades were every 3 months until I came in to pay a bill plus I was told I can get a free phone by adding a new line. Left the store with 2 new phones and some accessories for a lot less than what I thought I would pay.

these young men that work on the weekend never open the store on time. It always opens 15-30 after 10am, you guys need people who are more responsible.
