Worst ever service. DO NOT GO THERE. A young lady charged me an extra $10 for some useless HD video view service and did not give any notification or explain about it before I paid with a card. She did not pass me sign pad or card reader so I didn't know they charge extra. Emp ID is MMU705. Please train employees there.

Not a good place to come to. The service is horrible!! So disappointed. I came in to ask about getting a new phone bc mine broke and the lady that was helping just said to scan a QR code. When I walked in I went to the counter and started talking to the first lady that was there and she just looked and me and said absolutely nothing. So another lady stepped in and they both don't know how to do their job. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not come here.

Manger there on 9/25 in the afternoon is lazy with hella attitude . Went in for help seems like she didn’t even know anything she was talking about and said “call your bank” but just went into a different store and they fixed the problem within 10 seconds of being there. Fire her and pay someone to do a batter job then that wack lady.

GOOGLE needs to update the stars option.I'm giving this SPECIFIC location ZERO stars. All BS here. I took a chance today exploring Metro only to regret it 2 hours later. Never Again. Waste of time and money. Now I am waiting for my refund, YUP it's that pathetic.

My son and I had a great experience with Alonzo yesterday. From the moment we walked in he was ready to help us and really did all that he could to get us the best deal excellent customer service and the store is clean, well lit and have a larger variety of cell phones and accessories. Five stars is not enough for our experience, thank you so much Alonzo. My husband and I will be back for our upgrades soon
