It was my worst experience in my life. The lady was so disrespectful, belittled me, and ignored as if I am not in the room. I brought my pants for alterations but she told me she has to wash/ dry clean it before alterations even though the pants are brand new. I tried to explain, no chance and I was told that she is not interested for my business. I left where I got better customer service and respect (East Hill Dry Cleaner).
Meeker Cleaner is the Forest place in Kent Washington. Negative rating if possible

I went there and I was asking a question she looked at me startled and just kept saying “I don’t know “ 3xs as I’m still talking she walks away and go to the back and after that she starts acting like she doesn’t understand me and starts saying no no I am very unsatisfied with the service I wouldn’t recommend.

I have been using Meeker Cleaners for years. A family owned business who are always prompt, friendly, and do an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

This fat Korean lady tried telling my brother that his shirt was so stained that dry cleaning wouldn't make the stains go away. He didn't say anything to her but just tried dropping it off and then she started talking to him in a disrespectful manner. He's used this place numerous times and never had a problem with the owner or her husband. You can clearly tell from all the other reviews that she's costing them business.

Terrible customer service. Overpriced. I brought in a plain white dress, no design, just to get it hemmed. She wanted $55 for the hemming, the dress itself only costed me less than $35, became VERY rude when I told her never mind after seeing the price.

Always clean, & friendly staff & customersI live in Burien, but travel to meekers for a couple years now, to do all 3 loads of laundry in 1 hour 1/2, start to finish

Snoot customer service. They are not upfront with prices. If you don't believe me, just call them and ask how much is the dry cleaning for a jacket or something.

I took my wedding dress to be altered. They had the dress ready in 2 weeks which is great but when I tried the dress, under the armpit. It was too tight. I told them that, the owner's daughter said since I will be wearing my corset, then it should be fine. The daughter told me that if it's tight, then I can bring it back to be readjusted. I tired my dress with the corset and it was still tight. So I brought it back and owner was mad at me. She said that is what we measure and I agreed to it. When we measured, it was fine. Who's to say she accidentally sowed in more than the measurement. I told the owner that the daughter said I can bring it back and she said she measured me not her. She said she will adjust it but when I go pick it up and if it's too big, then I should not complain. Gosh so rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
