Came to pick up a car, an hour later came back to my truck to get my ID and stupid and brainless security put a final warning parking sticker on my windshield!
Are you good? Or you need mental help?
Racist and discrimination!

Great Auction but unfortunately the auctioneers are scammers . Be careful bidding prices are raised without any dealers actually bidding.

Picked up my car to have hundreds of dollars missing from my vehicle, when they’re the only ones that handled it. Only to say “nothing we can do” very unprofessional. Be careful, they’re steal your stuff.

I recently faced a significant challenge with Manheim and their OVE platform. A while back, one of my team members unintentionally triggered a purchase of an SUV while I was briefly away from my computer. This was not a vehicle we had planned to buy, and it led to quite a predicament within our company. Whether it was due to a computer glitch or an honest mistake by my employee, the transaction occurred without any intent. This situation created considerable turmoil, and my first instinct was to contact the seller to explain the error and request a reversal of the deal. Regrettably, the seller showed little interest in assisting and seemed inclined to take advantage of the situation. Feeling desperate, I decided to reach out to Manheim and work my way up their hierarchy to seek resolution. At the top of the chain of command in Seattle, I had the opportunity to speak with Eddie Lafferty, a gentleman who was genuinely attentive to my concerns. He offered any assistance within his power, even going the extra mile to contact the seller on my behalf. Unfortunately, the seller remained uncooperative. At this point, I felt defeated and unsure of how to rectify this predicament.Thankfully, Mr. Lafferty recommended Christopher Hill, the Head of Digital Marketing at Manheim Corporation, as the next point of contact. From the very beginning, Mr. Hill extended his condolences, showed genuine concern, and offered his assistance in resolving the issue. Initially, I was skeptical, thinking this might be mere lip service. However, after closely collaborating over a couple of weeks, both Mr. Hill and Mr. Lafferty worked together to find a resolution that would benefit both parties.I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional attitudes, enthusiasm, professionalism, and their genuine care for the customer. It was truly a relief to see a large corporation like Manheim, with significant influence in the automobile auction business, still listening to and assisting smaller businesses like mine. The situation could have been detrimental to my company, but the collaborative efforts of these two remarkable professionals resulted in a resolution that not only resolved my problems but also boosted my confidence.I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Christopher Hill and Mr. Eddie Lafferty, the General Manager of the Seattle Manheim Auto. Their kindness and professionalism have restored my confidence in Manheim, and it's been a pleasure to deal with such class-act individuals within this industry-leading company. Thank you for going above and beyond to assist and finding a fair and equitable solution to our predicament.
