The lady in charge of that place treated me very badly for being Latino, I told her that I didn't speak English and she treated me even worse, I felt discriminated against, because of my language and my skin color. I don't recommend you go! Apart from the bad treatment and the way he spoke to me, he made me wait while other people who did speak English served. The worst service I have received in Washington

Their package stealers. I have recording of them refusing to give me a receipt for my package and making excuses into why my package isn’t trackable and is currently lost. Please someone investigate these people I will complain to the BBB. Inexcusable!!!

Why go to the circus when you can go here? Incredible rude employees? Got ‘em! Laundry in the back room? Got it! Ice cream freezer in the entryway? You bet! My favorite part of the show was when the older lady printed off my receipt, yelled “here” and then threw it in my direction. Seems to be a family run operation with rude, angry, unhelpful ladies of all ages working here. Never again for me!

I want to give 0 star but no option is there. I did International mail to India. She said DHL delivery for 75$ is not sure but for Fedex (140$) is guaranteeing by 8/2 for sure. My packet delivered on 8/5 and when I called to report she said I can't do anything with that. No refund of extra money she looted from me. Worse experience- don't go there..

Tried to mail a letter to Germany, the woman said "do you have foreign stamps for that"? HUH!! I had the correct amount of USA stamps on it! Did she expect me to pull German stamps out, and apply to letter??? Then, I had an 8x10 package to mail to Andorra via France. Then asked for a "postal code", which I had on the letter. I mailed to the SAME address one month ago - she couldn't find the address in my History. I paid $6 in postage from that last similar package. Then, she wants to charge almost $11 for the same pack! I asked why, said "prices went up"..What BS!! It was not my fault that she didn't enter in her computer, the pack I sent last month! That woman needs to be trained better, or relieved! I went across the street to USPS, postage was $5.81, and other letters were good. I will NEVER go to Mail Boxes of Kent, as long as that person is there!

They want $1.00 per page to print. Would of cost me $11.00. I went to UPS and it was 20 CENTS (0.20) per page plus 1.99 service charge. Came out to $3.70 compared to $11.00!! Now I just worry if they deleted my email for privacy.
