I would like to say thank you to Brian in the Kent office for taking the time out to hear my complaint about how I heard a noise from the front end of my car that I had never heard before. He took his time and came outside and asked me to drive around so he could hear the noise, well the noise no longer was there and it could have all just been from sitting there for a day or so maybe just been rusty who knows but Brian is truly a great guy who listened to me and even gave me a hug at the end as he seen my frustrations (this is not the only time I've had to get my car out there due to the lack of parking in these apartments) so I want to thank him for making me feel like I wasnt just a nobody and making me feel better made my day a lot better. Thank you very much Brian!! And it says veteran owned so if you served thank you for your service and thank everyone else for theirs who works their. BRIAN IS TRULY AN AWESOME GUY!!!! Treated me with respect! All I ask for.

I live at Silver springs apartments in Kent and we went to an open parking parking lot Sept 1st 2024 so no more reserved spots or being towed for being in someones spot.. So I thought.. I wake up around 9:30 pm Oct 5th and I keep both my trucks parked right outside my apartment window so I can keep an eye on them and I realize one of my trucks is gone. Stolen in fact.. Immediately I'm thinking my truck is already stripped or being used for some criminal enterprise , so I call the police and they tell me it's been impounded by Lynn's towing .. I'm like why would they tow my truck. WHY?? Come to find out my neighbor decides that that is still his spot and calls Lynn's to have it towed (even though I've been parking in that spot since Sept 1st. ) Sure he showed them an expired no longer valid tow card and Id. Which is required but why wouldn't the driver and the dispatcher know that it's open parking?? She claims to be only a weekend dispatcher and didn't know..That's not really an excuse and why didn't the driver know that it's open parking there? They had to have known, they are just so eager to exploit and take advantage of people which can clearly be seen in their way overpriced tow bill which would have been more had my truck had to sit there all weekend.
So after 3 or 4 phone calls to Lynn's and being hung up on once they finally realized their mistake. Shawnee agreed to meet me at the tow yard that night and release my truck at no charge for their illegal tow. I get my truck and definitely check it for any damage. Lucky for them it looks ok.
This industry needs regulation so bad.. According to Washington State law tow companies can pretty much charge whatever they want and act with impunity over their actions. I'm tired of being screwed by companies like this. Granted I didn't have to pay anything to get my truck back but I sure had to worry and stay up all night and deal with a bunch of bullshit that I sure as hell should have not had to. I'm sure Lynn's was well aware of the tow situation and just tried to capitalize on another unsuspecting person. This is definitely a predatory tow company and these should have regulations other than just paying the state for their license's.

Spoke to the woman as soon as my car was towed from the apartment complex she told me it is $89 per day charge and $127 charge to get out on off hours over weekend after 5 pm but she failed to tell me I would be charged $440 for the tow plus $15 for using card and not bringing cash. Nice way to screw a customer who already got screwed over and it’s their first time ever getting towed! Wow! Thanks for the heads up Lynn’s!

This place is about as predatory as it gets. We had our car towed after being rear ended, and after getting things sorted out with insurance went down there with the sole purpose to sign the release form (and called ahead of time to confirm that intent). Immediately when we got there the cashier, "Lisa" I think, was immediately giving me attitude. I was a little bit confused with the process and she met my confusion with annoyance and hostility. Well after signing the forms and confirming they looked good, I left and told the insurance company to pick up the vehicle. They then refused to release the vehicle claiming I didn't fill out the form correctly, and I had to come back down. This was super inconvenient due to my work schedule, traffic from seattle, and the fact that I had to rent a car, and couldn't make it back down there until early the next week. The field that I apparently needed to initial was completely unlabeled on the form, and even when coming back in the second time it was absolutely not obvious that I was supposed to initial there.
This wasted so much of my time and I have to believe it was an intentional ploy to keep my car in their lot as long as possible to rack up the bill. Terrible company, terrible people.

Literal worst experience ever. Rude and unprofessional. Can you do 0 stars?? Even with all of our correct documents they didn't "feel" like it was enough. We've gone above and beyond to get everything they asked for and still we didn't go home with car. Horrible, terrible humans. You have to have no humanity to work here.

Lynn Towing lied about the pickup time of my theft recovery and charged me for 2 hours when they picked up car from 10 minutes away from thier yard. Unfortunately for Lisa the cashier, the police report lists the call time 1.5 hours after they said they were called. I hope the owner of the business reads these reviews, I believe they are stealing and scamming people.

I understand why I got towed. I misunderstood a sign in my apartment complex. But nobody should be charging $500 for under 24 hours. That’s even worse than Seattle. Furthermore, i was just trying to get in and out and pay my dues, but they were unnecessarily explaining and defending for the people that called for the tow and inserting themselves into my conversation with my friend who brought me there. Am I not allowed to vent? I was never getting on their case or blaming them. Why not have a little more empathy for someone who was just trying to park in their own damn complex where there aren’t enough parking spots to go around.
But alas, congrats to them for really working the system.
