Haven’t done business with them but wouldn’t recommend them based on their driving alone, with the lack of care to others on the road. The driver on Petrovitsky sped up to go through the 30MPH school zone, and then proceeded to run red lights, and sped on 169, and is heading towards Enumclaw. I was right behind their truck but lost them due to their speed which was faster than normal speeding and after what happened in Fairwood, I don’t think this driver should be driving especially a truck that large or should at least be sent through driving school again.

My family had a little meat shop down the road, after 12 years not remembering how good the Linds Meats jerky was I stopped in to see what's new, amazing how much smoke meat they do now days and how much farm raise meat they do I got a linds hand shake firm and every body in the shop made time for me left with some jerky got to about cle elum it was gone definitely stop in or call for jerky

So bad in all areas. Really did not want to leave a bad review for a small business but every thing about my experience was a nightmare. I always go to Olsons. My dad said linds was bad but took my cow there anyways because.. "it was cheaper".I cant even list everything that went wrong and what a headache it was. Its a long list.Extremely lacking in customer service, cleanliness, quality.. etc.Get it together linds.Imagine raising an animal for 2 years and trying to make it best quality possible then at the end it gets handed off to people who do not care and do a sloppy job. All concerns were voiced, basically no attempt to make it right.Oh and if you want a hind quarter of your own animal.. go to Olsons. Never been a problem. Receptionist girl repeatedly gave me ethics/ moral lessons telling me i couldn't have a hind quarter.. finally agreed to give me a hind quarter.. then didn't do it. I got a split quarter, dirty meat, sloppy wrap job & big headache, lots of time wasted.

OMG!! They are great.they cut everything just how it should be as to order I recommend everyone using their services not only for mobile slaughter but for other meat services.. Anyone reading this needs to consider using Lind's for the local butcher service's.. thank you Lind's.

Took a deer to be processed and had it ground into Italian sausage and breakfast sausage. We had another deer processed later in the year (when Lind's was full) at another butcher and the sausage doesn't stand close to compare to how good Lind's is. Very friendly staff and very quick turn around!

For those who are interested – We got married in June 2022, I know, our review is late – but it's better late than never! We wanted to write something helpful considering Mike was exactly that himself. Planning your wedding is super fun, but there are a lot of details to sort out all for the same day haha. Book the most important things first, you’ll feel better having one less thing to worry about! Originally, we booked with Mike back in January 2021, when we were supposed to get married in June 2021, but later postponed due to the pandemic. Mike was so kind and flexible, we were lucky that he and his crew were available for our new date. After you book your venue, the second most important task is booking a caterer. Mike and his crew were so patient throughout the booking process, they answered all of our questions and Mike even took the time to personally call me to discuss our event further which was very kind of him to do. The food exceeded our expectations, we had the perfect amount and everyone enjoyed it! Mike and his crew were willing to make the trip to the middle of the woods in Easton, WA for our wedding – which is something not everyone will do. The far-out location made planning a challenge for us until we discovered Lind’s Custom Meats. We absolutely recommend booking with Lind’s Custom Meats, you will be thrilled you did. Trust us that you’ll want to book them before someone else does!

Just got my order of smoked cheese, Landjaeger sauage and pepperoni and was blown away with the flavor of the meat and cheese. You guys are doing an outstanding job with your products!! Your Customer Service is excellent, from the phone call to pay for the order to the shipment it was outstanding! Keep up the great work! I will be ordering more soon!

We got the smoked turkey for thanksgiving and it was delicious. Always have too much left overs in past but this turkey was so well smoked throughout we finished it all. That's a first! The dark meat was even more tasty and the breast meat was not dry. I recommend this turkey. We will get it again.

Butcher shop to pick up farm slaughtered or drop off deer or elk to be processed. Shop also sells jerky, summer sausage, bacon and smoked cheese produced on the premises in a walk in smoker . Shop also has Lind's Farm Slaughter services that does mobile farm slaughter services. overall we have been very impressed with the professionalism of Lind's Custom Meats!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took In 50 lbs of Elk meat to be made into Lanjager. I have been doing this for years at another place and typically they add an equal amount of Pork Shoulder to your meat and in this case you would get approximately 67lbs back. With Lynn’s meats Ingot a little less than 1/2 of what I brought in. It turns out I found out from an old employee that he makes it huge batches so you are not getting your own meat back as it could be mixed with all other game others are bringing in for processing. It was horrible compared to to the place I took it before and what I was charged was over 14.50lb on the outgoing weight where you can buy two pcs at time retail for 18.00/lb and I brought in my own meat. I spoke to Lynn himself about it and I will just leave you with this. Run! I would never let this outfit process your game unless you want your Elk meat swapped out Antelope or Blacktail Deer.
