My partner needed a new CPAP. His Dr made appointment and Matt helped him, answering all questions and concerns professionally. He took the machine home the very same day and began using it right away. It functions wonderfully, runs totally quietly, and is so easy to operate.

Although you have never been the fastest you have been consistent up til now. I have tried to get the machine serviced for two months now and have not heard back from your local provider. I have had two calls from an out of state number, she said she would contact you and still I've heard nothing 😞

Chris was great getting me set up with my very first CPAP. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around great patient representative. He answered all my questions and helped me get off to a great start!

I give them a 3 because of a late response to transferring my account from my previous supplier, although I was not inconvenienced any except for a few extra phone calls. But for their service in setting me up with the new machine, I would like to give them a 6 if possible. They answered all my questions and even offered a free sample face mask for me when I need one after surgery for a deviated septum.

I have not had a problem with Lincare until two weeks ago when my concentrator died on Saturday night at 11 and being told that they would deliver on Monday, finally after checking the status twice the last time at 4:45 the man who answered told there wasn’t an order in place and to call back at 5:01 for after hours service. That actually worked and I had a concentrator at 7. I’m on oxygen 24/7 this was not a good experience.

I can’t say how appreciative I am of Christian at the Kent facility. After spending hours trying to locate some NG tubing that I could pick up same day for my mom’s hospice care provider (there’s wouldn’t be here in time) he went above and beyond to help me get my hands on some.
Ultimately her care provider was able to obtain some from a local hospital so I didn’t need to drive the 1.5hrs to Kent to get any, however if we’re ever in urgently in need of supplies they’re short on in the future, Christian in Kent will absolutely be my 1st call! I really can’t thank him enough for his help…

Switched from Performance Home Medical because they super suck and now, Lincare you’re doing the exact same garbage. I will be reporting your company. No amount of phone calls or efforts to alleviate the issues with receiving my Cpap supplies has made a difference. How either of these businesses are still open is beyond me.

The issues at this organization start at the top, with Laken, the general manager, who values profit over patient care, leading to unethical behavior and ultimately, my termination without cause. Elizabeth Null, the clinician manager, demonstrated incompetence in her role, which resulted in unnecessary attempts to undermine my work. The center manager, while not incompetent, lacks true authority. Despite these issues, the rest of the staff are incredibly talented and deserve better than to be associated with such a disreputable organization
