I would give zero star if I can . They messed up my blood sample and ask me to keep waiting and it will take few days to get the result. I give them 3 days and call every day and now they told me the sample was ruined and I have to come back for another blood draw . This is the day before I have a doctor appointment to discuss the blood work . And I was not fasting either . I waited for month for this appointment and now I have to reschedule everything . Go elsewhere if you can . Don’t trust them anymore .

I was expecting to wait an hour for my blood work. However, I was in and out within 25 minutes or less. The tech made the blood draw a quick and painless experience. Very professional and clean environment

Professional and friendly staff, minimal wait time, free Wi-Fi. Found my vein easily and almost painlessly for my blood draw. Much easier experience than I was expecting (fasting glucose test for gestational diabetes.)

Once you get back there it’s fine but the wait really long, I’ve been her 1 hour and my number is far from being called.Maybe they need to hire more people or something.

took so long to help me out and i waited almost 4 hours. I had an open would on my arm and they made me wait hours to even get it fixed. i highly don't recommend this place. worst service i've had in a while. a staff member was also not nice. she seemed judgmental.

Too much waiting there. When I get my turn 2 nurse just sitting in there. Always they are wasting time. Waiting time now 2 to 3 hours .very bad experience now last flew months.

Such a pleasant experience today at Kent Multicare. The location is convenient, facility is clean, and staff is friendly. I was here today to establish care for a PCP, and everything went smoothly. The front desk staff was welcoming, Maria the nurse made me so proud to be a Filipina! So sweet and kicks a** at her job. I felt comfortable and listened to. And Dr. Lu? Great doc. Comprehensive yet concise. Wait time was below average (at least for me), which was also a plus. My appt was at 12 pm. Paperwork took about 10 minutes. Initial check-in with Maria another 10 min. Doc saw me around 12:30 and I was done by 1 pm. I went downstairs to lab, which was where I got a little lost (hence 4/5 stars). Even after following the signs, it took me a bit. Found it eventually though! Waited a bit until I got called in about 1:20 pm. Overall I'm satisfied with my visit today. I'm looking forward to continuing my care here!

Everyone in this hospital is very friendly and gentle, I dont like hospital visits because Im scared of needles and all that, but in this hospital, they make you feel that you're in good hands. Thank you especially to Ms. KIM the phlebotomist! 15 tubes but I was comfortable & at ease because of you. Keep up the great work!

Staff are really friendly and accomodating. Parking is a little tricky because of the current construction in front of the building.Edit: As of May 2019, they have moved to the newly reconstructed building acroos the street.

Hours of operation day they are open until 5pm. I showed up at 4:55 and there was a “Closed” sign out. I rushed to get there after work... what a waste.
