Horrible customer service I send my cashier for deposit 4.45pm and they refused... when posting hours is 5pm how we been refused 15 min earlier... staff was very nice no doubt.... its all about wrong management... Personally Garry he's good person ... but his rules out of key bank rules and policies... because of his rules which is not posted anywhere in bank I been refused of service...anyone can see there reviews in Google will know about kent branch...I don't do bad review easy ... but there's no choice he left for me ... now I I'm going to contact with corporate if we been treat like this in future... any bank you go in us will never treat you like this ever . Need better relationship with customer thanks!

Horrible customer service!!! Let me repeat, HORRIBLE! I see from these review from 2 years ago that Key has done NOTHING to improve the service given by branch managers! DO NOT CHOOSE KEY BANK!!!!

Branch Manager Gary Bean needs to be fired! Unprofessional and rude to customer and not doinh his duties. How does Keybank employ a joke of an employee like this guy. Love to see your hiring process and job performance. Please audit this branch and reveiew that managers posistion. Losing customer's becuase of his unprofessionalism. You would think this guys was just a bank teller by the way he speak sto you. But a branch manager. LOL KEYBANK IS A JOKE!!!!

I lost my wallet. not only did keybank assure me my account was safe. they helped me order new cards and help identify me so I can draw out money to hold me over till my identification comes. with just a few security questions and a temporary ID. I was able to draw from my account. I cant thank them enough. thank you keybank. you rock

Key bank need to hire new staff Specially loan department horrible Customer service from Gurvinder. He doesn’t know how to talk to people. I went to apply for a loan he didn’t ask me anything like where I work how much I make etc... only one thing he told me can you put $35-$40,000 down I told him can you run my application and see if I qualify he said no you don’t qualify. If you don’t put $30-$40,000 down then I am sorry you can not get a loan from anywhere in world. right after i left from bank I look through Key bank website I didn’t see anywhere they are saying that if you need any kind of loan you have to pay $30-$40,000 down. Horrible management, fraud,lair , rude. I would vote 0 if I could. Please don’t go there try somewhere else. I got loan from BECU They are so friendly so nice much much much much Better than them. I closed my account to get the key bank last week please please please don’t go there. Save your life from them

I have never had anything but positive experiences with Key bank. I am moving money around all the time trading the markets and Key has gone out of it's way to help. You'll be hard pressed to find another bank as good as Key. My branches manager has literally come from his home to the bank after hours to help me. Any questions?

Horrible horrible oh and did I mention horrible customer service from a guy there witch I didn’t get to see his name tag not even sure if he even had one on!!!! Had the worst experience ever specially after we were waiting on the drive up bank window for over an hour!!

Horrible management the manager Gary L.Bean is a complete racist he racially profiled me when I tried to withdraw my money. He asked me questions like Who are you? What do you do for a living? I'm not going to give you your money if you don't answer my questions. This is completely unprofessional of a manager to ask these types of questions while all of my personal information is on file. i would advise no one else to go to this horrible branch!!!!
