This location goes above and beyond. We had some family heirlooms in the donation pile and once we realized, we called down do see if we were too late to get them back. The manager went straight out to the donation center and had them keep our items aside. We are very thankful for all of their efforts.

Things started out well. My teenage daughter found a Victoria's Secret Pink stuffed dog in the toy section. It didn't have a price. The cashier called the manager about it's price. They settled on 7.99. Unhappy with the price, we decided against purchasing it. As we left for the parking lot, my daughter changed her mind about it and said she really wanted it despite the price. So I went inside and asked why exactly the dog was priced the way it was, considering there was no tag on it. She said that she had told them not to tag it or mark it. As I was walking away so the situation didn't escalate, she attempted to rip it from my hand. I then flipped it behind myself, back into the toy basket. She yelled for the off-shift security guard, saying I was banned and trespassing.
Besides the store's horrible customer service, they had unreasonably priced merchandise. Such as Target brand jewelry priced only a few cents less than it's priced new.

This review is for the Goodwill 360 part of the store, which doesn’t seem to have its own maps location. Not really clear what is going on in here but the 1 Star is because 75% of the store is clothing and they don’t have a fitting room. Would seriously like to know what the owners are thinking? Laughable. Also it’s not clear that this is a separate store from the real goodwill next store, which is not connected

I will never come to this store again, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The staff is very rude. Be nicer and there will be more customers. This applies to the department where clothes are sold by weight.

There are two types of shopping you can do here. You can go through their organized store side or you can bin shop. Meaning that you can go through the bins that they get product in yourself it is always fun to look for clothes you never know what you will find.

I was impressed with the quality of clothing choices. I am glad someone decided not to hang the worn out and dated clothing. Hoping that went to a good cause! Pay attention to the sale colors. $1.99 color is almost impossible to find but the 50% off tag was about 1 in 50 items and they were good quality. Everything was clean and well organized.

The neighborhood that this Goodwill is located in does not represent the prices at this Goodwill. We felt that they were pricing things based on Google images and what things are worth and then taking off some money off of what they researched. It was like vintage resale -10%. It doesn’t cater to the local income. Furthermore, the manager who came up to the front desk to price things that didn’t have a price was incredibly rude and cited pricing, referencing eBay resale prices while making snide comments under her breath to the employee behind the register. All in all, we will not return to this Goodwill location.

I was dropping off 10 boxes of stuff. The worker wheeled the bin to the back of my car. As I was off loading, I asked if he was going to help me vs watch me. He looked at me and said are you going to help me empty the bin afterwards. He just held the bin while I off loaded my car. It was an ungrateful experience and worker could care less. I'm taking my donation somewhere else where they are thankful and help me off load.
