I have been coming to this nursery for years. Plant parenting can be very intimidating but their staff are very knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly when it came to me asking questions and navigating which plant to buy! They have such a great selection. I love love love this place and telling all my friends about it. I am already excited about my next visit.

I absolutely love the Kent East Hill Nursery, the owners and staff are incredibly passionate about caring for their customers. Not only do they carry a large variety of plants, trees and other gardening essentials, but have experts on site to help you with any questions you may have. The gift shop is full of nice items and their indoor plant section is out of this world full of beautiful varieties.

KEH is my go-to spot for all things plants. The customer service is top-notch, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to assist you. Every plant I've purchased from them has been in perfect health, and I've never had an issue with pests. I couldn't recommend this store more highly.

Staff here are super helpful and are always greeting their customers. They have some of the most affordable houseplants with a great selection! I especially love their discount section, have “rescued” so many plants from there. Decent selection for outdoor gardening as well, however I’d love to see more vegetable starts available in the spring time and a better variety for those.

I stopped in with questions about a health issue with my Brooks Plum tree leaves. Two of the kind and knowledgeable employees studied my leaf photos and made recommendations. A very helpful nursery and prices seem reasonable. I would go there again for plant needs rather than Home Depot.

Incredible customer service from the whole team. Marcus spent so much time educating me on the best ways to start and care for my garden. I was so impressed with his knowledge but was also impressed by the whole team and their great camaraderie and teamwork . You get a sense that the entire team enjoys working with one another and the employees are in a thriving environment where they are cared for by management. You aren’t going to get that at a Home Depot or a Lowe’s garden center! Shop local folks with the pros who know best! I know I will be a lifetime customer and can’t wait to come back. Well worth the drive from Seattle!

I like it here. The staff is very kind! Not only sales, but also delivery service. If you buy a lot, it is very helpful. I remember a lady named Jaky? She is very kind. I have seen her here for at least 2 years. Every time she will try her best to help me find the plants I need and tell me professional knowledge carefully. Very nice!?
