I had my second visit with doctor Sadat after switching from Emily because she had to leave. And this was the worst experience ever at any doctor. She spent most of the appointment reminding me “we only have 10 minutes so choose one problem you’d like to address”. After looking at my labs and seeing I had high alkaline levels due to low vitamin D. Yet she did not send a prescription or even recommended vitamin D. I brought up my period because it’s been off. And she decided to do a pap smear for that I guess, but my last visit a Pap smear was brought up and she said since I’m 20 I’m not due for one yet but I think out of aggravation and an attempt to dehumanize and brush over my concerns she decided that was the best possible way to do that. After my pap she talked about birth control which I refused to be one. She insisted in recommending me to a gynecologist and even sent a referral in to get me on and discuss birth control. Anyone who’s been on birth control and EVERYONE in the medical field should know the terrible side effects of birth control. Which would have been worse for me due to my mental health diagnosis which they see the medication I’ve been on for that. So why would you recommend something that would make me worse to regulate my period and stop my period all together which she mentioned during the appointment. Don’t understand how that would be a solution but okay! Anyways would rather die then see her again …my second visit went like this. Absolutely crazy! Emily turnbill would never. We need more empathetic doctors how could you hire someone that could care less about your concerns and the medication you choose to be on smh.

The front desk staff, nurses and doctors are wonderful!! I have had trouble getting my kids immunized there at well child visits due to refrigeration problems and the lab is out of stock of test supplies which has had me have to reschedule and come back for needed lab tests and vaccines. That has been frustrating.

I've been going to this clinic in Kent for several years, and it's my favorite doctor's office. The location is close to my home, and they have LabCorp on premise.
The reception staff is friendly and efficient. I've also been very happy with the support staff. My doctor Gia Hemmen is great. She takes time to listen and I know she stays current with medical advancements, because she shares things relevant to my care she learns with me.

Lab Tech has been late arriving/opening 3 out of the last 5 visits. Rest of staff just shrugs it off like it's standard operation. What happened to the idea if your not 15 minutes early, your late!

I have complaints for the receptionist. The phone number leads to a pretty quick connection with a receptionist without any wait but she's very rude. Sounded middle aged but not professional at all. The volume of her voice was so low compared to the automated sounds and the sound quality was bad. They need to fix the phone system so that she can hear the patients and that they can hear her. The receptionist sounded upset that I wanted to schedule an appointment with a primary doctor.

I have been using valley medical centers since i moved to washington in 2006. I have had great Dr's, nurses, MA, and the front check-in staff. i have a hard time with change but every Dr I have had here always take good care of all my Medical needs. I have referred friends and family to the facility.

I’m sorry but this is the worse place I have been too. Did my physical test, Never got explained of my test results. What a joke, can’t even talk to your doctor. I will never recommend this place. All they care is taking your money. I hope everyone reads this before choosing this awful place.

This place is more of a money collecting scheme than a healthcare facility. Customer service is terrible and appointments aren’t very helpful either. Every appointment is rushed (not the doctors’ faults), you are charged for answering questions about things you didn’t come in for, and you have to schedule a separate appointment for every little issue. I have a bill about to go to collections because my insurance company and I have been going back and forth with the clinic over coding. Yesterday was the third time I’ve been told someone would call me right back and no one did, the last 2 times was a supervisor named Sarah. I will not be returning and will be warning others to stay away from this place.

I have been seen first by Dr Shum who was an amazing doctor I credit him with helping to save my life. When he left I was transferred to Dr. Zorn. Doctor Zorn is just as awesome as he was, she listens to my concerns gives advice on alternative treatments is very knowledgeable and very caring. When doctor Zorn was out on leave I saw Doc Feldman, he was super cool felt like I knew him my whole life. The staff are amazing Jody at the front desk greets me by name and they make you feel like part of the family.
