Very, very incredibly sloppy henna job on my hands. The lady struggled with natural flowing lines, and instead the lines were crudely forced, shaky, and childlike, and the design looked nothing like the picture I showed her. Even simple dots were crooked blobs. She seemed to be struggling physically the entire time and unable to get comfortable, and seemed impatient. The chair I sat in when I arrived at the entrance is the same exact chair I received my henna job in. She just pulled up a chair next to me and did it in her lap, so I mean that's probably why she was extremely uncomfortable. I was expecting better due to the good reviews this salon had. But this is the worst henna job I've ever received. I've only ever gotten henna at fairs and events where there happen to be henna stalls. Those are glistening now in comparison.
I didn't want to say anything to her because I didn't want to be rude. So instead, like a coward, I'll just leave my honest review here.

GUYSSS!!!! best lash techs out there! my lashes last like up to a month and i basically get a free yapping sesh along with it too!! Highly recommend jojo she’s the best?

I recently took my girlfriend to Kaya Beauty for a facial service, and I have to say, we were both incredibly impressed by the experience. From start to finish, everything about our visit was top-notch.
Firstly, the ambiance of the salon was serene and inviting, immediately putting us at ease as we walked in. The staff were warm and welcoming, greeting us with genuine smiles and making us feel right at home.
The facial service itself was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was the treatment tailored to my girlfriend's specific skin concerns, but the esthetician also took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that she felt comfortable and informed throughout. The products used were of high quality and left her skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
What truly set this salon apart, though, was the level of care and attention to detail provided by the staff. It was evident that they were passionate about what they do and genuinely invested in ensuring that every client had a memorable experience.
Overall, I can't recommend [Salon Name] highly enough for anyone looking for a professional and relaxing facial service. We'll definitely be returning customers!

She did my first ever Brazilian wax and I underestimated my pain level! She was so kind and patient not rushing me through it. She is lovely and professional. Prices fair as well. I did wax strips on my legs and it was painless and fast!

I had a Brazilian, and they were kind to allow me to come earlier. It was very quick, she was nice, and I appreciated that. I have gone elsewhere for 1+ years but they were unavailable today so I’m glad they had openings.
There wasn’t the courtesy of privacy.
I think if Dr appointments allow you to undress privately even though they’ll see you after, it’s still appreciated and I had wish they did that here. She stayed in the room while I undressed, and *as* I was dressing, she opened the door to leave.
The main issue is that the hair follicles were not removed, since she broke the hairs.
She waxed quickly in basically 50% of the entire area at once (three strips *total*) Afterwards, I could see that based on her pulling, I had redness and broken hairs since the follicles were visibly there.
I’m having immediate irritation and know that it’ll probably grow back quickly. While they were fast and kind, I won’t return due to the poor outcome of the wax.

I fly in from Alaska for sugaring and usually it’s last minute on the same day, same service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ask for DEE!!

I was really hoping this place would be great. They threaded my eyebrows great and no complaints on that. I am not sure if every threading place is different but places I've gone to before cleanse before, thread, and then apply aloe vera. This place did not do that.
I also got a full face wax, other places when you book full face doesn't necessarily mean LITERAL WHOLE FACE. It just means multiple places.The lady applied an extensive amount of wax to my face and used the same stick each time she dipped. I wasn't aware until she applied wax on my forehead. She globbed on so much that part of it got on my lips and she still pulled and that was very painful... Once she was done, she said Kay done. Did not apply any sort of aloe or cooling gel. I had rashes on my face for about a week. I only went once and will not be returning.

This has been my first and only beauty salon I came to. I first moved here about 9 months ago, and I'm so happy I chose Kaya beauty salon. I absolutely love it here! My brows always look beautiful when I leave and the staff are very friendly and professional. This is my go-to spot. They have so many other services that I'm excited to try out. If you haven't been here before, I highly recommend stopping by or setting up an appointment.
