Incredible job! I have two dogs who shed a ton so there is pet hair everywhere and all three times I’ve been here it was practically spotless. Blows my mind every time! 10/10

I brought my car in for detailing and to get rid of a stubborn smoke odor. The team did a fantastic job - the smell is completely gone, and the detailing was done to a high standard. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality service.

Great Service by Jose Auto Detailing
Jose did an amazing job detailing my car. It looks brand new inside and out! He was professional, on time, and really paid attention to the details. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use him again. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional Louise, I came to get my car detailed but for small things he scared me and denied to do job even Jose gave me the appointment for same a day before, really disappointed and not recommend to go there

Came to detail my car, make it make sense? I think I could’ve cleaned it better with myself. Whoever I worked with was also extremely rude and made a bunch of excuses when asking why isn’t it cleaned better? Save your money from this place and go elsewhere. You’ve been warned

WARNING: They will break your car and blame you! I just had the worst experience ever with Luis, the manager at this location. I paid for premium service (over $300) and got my car back an hour late (that’s okay, it happens). When my car finally showed up, Luis was nowhere in sight, and one of his employees handed me the keys, saying I was good to go. The car looked clean, and I was happy with the job they did.
As I was driving away, I noticed a small rattling noise in my side door drink holder. I reached to see what was making that noise and found my side mirror button there. I thought maybe the auto detailers accidentally popped it off while cleaning my car and forgot to put it back. When I tried putting the knob back into place, I noticed it wouldn’t go back in. I looked and saw that it had been snapped right off. I immediately called Luis/Jose’s auto body (not more than 10 minutes after I picked up my car, was still on the road) and told them what I found. I hadn’t even said anything about payment yet, but Luis immediately said, “you were already trying to make it cheaper when we told you the prices, are you sure it wasn’t you who did it to try and get some money back.” I was shocked to hear him accusing me of grifting his business and told him how disrespectful that was. Luis then put me on hold to ask his employee and came back and told me that “the button popped off while cleaning but there was no way his guy could’ve done it.” He confirmed that his guy picked up the knob after it flew off and put it in my door panel. Luis was claiming it was already broken before they got it. I can’t even put the button back into its place to even fake that it’s still working. It literally can’t stay in its original spot to “trap” anyone. It’s ripped completely off. But for some reason they are still saying it wasn’t them even though
A. They admit that it popped off while they were cleaning.
B. I can no longer even have it sit in its original place because the plastic rod holding it together is ripped in half.
After a long back and forth and Luis apologizing for accusing me of breaking my own car for money, he told me to take my cell phone down and that he will fix the button himself by paying me via Venmo or Cash App. I accepted his apology and said no hard feelings, my parents are small business owners that have worked with cars and I know these things happen all the time.
I thought we were good and honestly wouldn’t even have left a review if the story ended here.
2 hours later, Luis called me from his cell and said that he changed his mind and is no longer going to fix the door. He said another truck (a newer version of mine by 3 years, different brand) was at the shop and he played with a “similar button” and came to the conclusion that it couldn’t have been his crew who broke it. Attached is the video he sent me as “proof” that the button is “unbreakable.” If you see the video (third image), you can clearly see the button wiggles a lot and the photo of my broken button shows that it’s just held by a plastic rod.
So to recap-
-Jose’s Auto Body Shop broke my door knob that controls the side mirrors.
-They accused me of breaking it myself to get some money back from their service after admitting their employee “blew it off, but it must’ve already been broken”.
-apologized and then promised to pay for the damage
- called me back to change their mind
- Luis refuses to let me talk with his boss or the owner.
I didn’t ask for a refund of the service. I thought the cleaning was pretty good. I was just asking what type of solutions we could come up with to help me fix my door problem. But what I was met with was blaming the customer, accusing me of grifting, yelling at me, promising a refund and an apology (he said we are all human), and then a call back saying he changed his mind.

I took my car into Jose's for the first time recently and got their "Quick in and out" service. They did a great job and I plan to return on a regular basis. There's also a Macrina Bakery/Cafe a five-minute walk away, so it's super easy to grab a bite to eat while you're waiting. My car was ready in an hour, and spotless inside and out. ?

These guys do a really good job. The pricing was a little more out the door than I was hoping to spend but honestly my truck looks cleaner on the inside than when I bought it 10 years ago and its a construction work truck, super dirty. I'm sure I could have got it done cheaper but this quality is worth every cent. Would highly recommend.Service: Auto detailing

I had my car serviced yesterday and I chose the full interior package. Having kids, my car was a mess and I had dried Skittles that melted onto the carpet in the back row under the leather bench seats. I picked up my car and was completely amazed with the work.
