Me and my mom came in the store yesterday 7/9/2023 at about 3:00/3:20pm to get our eyebrows threaded, and my moms face waxed. At about 12am tonight my mom is breaking out in horrible hives, I feel so guilty for recommending this place, because I have never had a bad experience here the previous times I came before… we have a wedding coming up this Saturday, then a wedding the next Saturday after that and we have no idea what to do. My mom can’t even get in the doctors before this coming Saturday, and not even to mention we tried going to ER but we don’t have 8-12hrs to wait. The nurse said it looked like a burn, but we are going to our actual doctor to get a diagnosis and see what we can do. In the mean time please don’t go.Service: Eyebrow threading

Wish I could give this place a double 0 not only 0!! Because only their behavior!!! It’s so lame the way they act! I felt it for the first time someone being racist to me!! Me and my mom went their. It was our first time. They weren’t very welcoming. We waited for about 10 mins and then a short woman came out from another room to do my mom’s eyebrows. I was telling her to make it a little bit thinner and that short lady was like “I know, I know” with a very rude tone! And when it was my turn.. I was telling the lady who was doing mine that one eyebrow is up and one is down. Before even I finished she was “I’m not done yet” with a whole attitude! Excuse me !?When my mom was finished my mom was asking me to tell the short lady to make her eyebrows thinner. My mom was telling me to ask because she doesn’t speak English and that short lady was like “she doesn’t speak English?” Okay is this your business she does speak English or not ??? Trust me they didn’t behave like this with other customers who were white!!We we’re ASIAN! And they are so racist probably with the ASIAN!!!I’d highly recommend not to go there if you are an Asian ! Go to M&K beauty salon! The prices are so affordable than the infinity salon.I did my eyebrows for $5!Hate this placeeeeee. They don’t deserve customers!! RACIST

NINA is the owner . She is so disrespectful. Literally has the biggest attitude and says the most disrespectful stuff . She doesn't even listen to you. Whenever I ask her to not do my eyebrows a certain way she will still do it that way and have the biggest attitude about it . Also the salon is not sanitary at all. Please do not go here . If you do make sure to come back on yelp and let the community know your experience.

I started a couple of months ago coming in for eyebrow threading then moved to getting my waxes done here. So much more affordable then other places. I love the salon and the products they use. The owner is very professional and so are the girls that work with her. I went today after calling and the owner was able to take me in for a haircut style and wash and a eyebrow threading and like always I left very satisfied and loved my new hair cut. Infinity Salon has a customer for life. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new Salon.

I wish I read the previous comment about how out shouldn’t come here as another person of color. The short lady with tinted eyebrows was really rude and harsh on my skin. She mentioned how my skin was really oily and then aggressively rubbed it. She asked me if I used a razor on my face just because I had thick hair on my chin, the way she stated that it was quite insulting and I felt intimidated. I’ve went to other salons before and I’ve never been treated so harshly and had an esthetician comment rude remarks to customers. She made me feel terrible and insecure about my face. It was disrespectful, I wish I didn’t go here.Service: Eyebrow threading
