Cute little hole in the wall bird shop. They have the main room with small birds and lots of options for toys. And a large back room (depending on who's working you have to ask to go to the back) and they have a ton of bigger birds

(My tiel named Pico from Inca’s in the picture provided)I see lots of reviews on this place mis informed on how they work. For one they aren’t going to sell you a bird if they see you aren’t fit for one, it would be irresponsible to do so. The owner and staff love and are passionate about their birds!Their bulk selection is great and prices are even better. We live in Snohomish and drive the hour and a half to go every time!Not only is it enjoyable to see all the birds in itself but as a bird owner it always makes me want to bring another into the flock! We got our cockatiel from them and he’s the sweetest boy, he was step up trained already and he sang to me when I walked past him every single time! Jeff who was there at the time let us stay late after closing hours to bond with said bird because he saw a strong connection from the bird to me. Then he proceeded to further educate us on how to parrot proof your home etc.. Lisa which we saw last time we where there was very polite and we chatted with her for a couple of minutes about yorkies (haha) overall I only see bad reviews from people that don’t understand what it’s like to have a bird or people that aren’t willing to learn. Jeff was a very kind person and funny too as I’m a bad listener and he dealt great with that. This place is wonderful and we only wish we could live closer!

The ladies that run this place are super friendly and showed me around answering my questions. Super happy healthy birds, they have parrots of every size and price range here definitely stop in and check it out.

Hey Bonnie White. Please don’t air your dirty laundry on Incas page. I work there and am well aware of you birds death. One thing has nothing to do with the other. Take your personal issues to Erica…. But don’t bash us (Incas). You decided to have someone watch your bird for an extended time for free rather the pay for boarding, so that’s on you. How dare you bash a business because of something not involving the shop! We have all been more then kind you you, including coming out to look for said bird when you let it out. You say we’re horrible??? Pretty big word spoken from a pulpit of misguided information. Be kind. Don’t come for people that don’t have anything to do with you. Good day

This place is honestly amazing. While pricey (understandable birds are expensive) we truly had the best time and they helped us get our beautiful green cheek baby. Lisa is clearly very knowledgeable and explained to us what we need to do to prevent bad things happening. I did not plan to spend my whole paycheck here but I definitely will come again ❤️

What an amazing experience! This shop has the most compassion and love for birds we have ever seen! Extremely full of knowledge on every aspect of care. They also have a huge assortment of awesome toys and bulk food for your feathered babies. We will never shop anywhere else!! Thank you for making our experience at your beautiful shop so amazing!!

Lisa and Erika are awesome and knowledgeable. They are also super friendly. We were here just to buy the parrot food but ended up that we might potentially adopt Turk or Ajax. They wont just let anyone adopt the bird but they have to make sure the birds are going to the good home which I admire that!!! We will be coming back again next week to spend more time with Ajax and Turk. It was nice to talk to the owner, Lisa too

Our experience here was amazing. I am a mental health therapist working with kids, and I work with a youth who has a history of positive experiences with parrots. I called ahead of time to ask if it was okay if we came in just to look, and they said yes! I was expecting to browse for a few minutes with the youth, but they gave her so much more. They engaged with her, talked to us about the personalities of the parrots, and even let her hold one! I know we were lucky to have caught them in a slower hour or so, but I was so amazed by the two staff members who took the time to really foster my clients love for parrots. They are amazing!!!!! The parrots were so well cared for, and it's clear that the caretakers love and truly know each parrot.

I'm pretty sure if I pointed out everything wrong with our recent experience here I would possibly get sued, which although I would come out on top in the end, it's not worth the hassle and my time. So I'll just say I wouldn't trust this place with anything financial not anything I cared about.---I can't reply to your reply, but we were told venmo wasn't one of our choices, and the worker also instructed us to, "send it as a gift on PayPal" to avoid fees. I'm sorry you weren't feeling well but the people who were running things did not instill confidence.

I love coming here for my bird from food and toys to beak and nail trims they have babies too! I love this place
