I've been using H&R Block for 2 years, but when I came in for an appointment they had no record of me. I dropped off my taxes for review, but after hearing nothing from them learned there had been a clerical error and nothing had been done. If I hadn't called, I'd still be waiting.

Ms. Kathleen Palmer has been our tax preparer for the past 12 years. If not for her tax preparation expertise, I would be forced to consider a tax preparation service other than H&R Block.

Do not go to this location!!! I have been going to H&R for years….Kirkland amazing, Olympia great…This place is horrible!! They were 30 minutes late and when I asked the was rude and all she could tell me was there was people before me, however, my appointment was at 11 and it was now 1135!! Not getting my money bye-bye!!
